I don't normally agree with anything Tyler posts, but this made me laugh pretty hard (albeit probably for reasons which Tyler did not intend)

They probably won't, because the name actually honours Native Americans. It's not as if it's a derogatory term like a certain NFL team uses... On top of that, the school actually coordinates with the Illini and uses their authentic tribal dress and whatnot Same for FSU and the Seminoles

I just finished building my own computer (yay) and thanks to a co-worker/friend of mine, I'm getting into Linux Just wondering if there's any other users out there, and if you have any advice on use, recommended versions, etc.

Curious thought: In cases like this where someone brings the hammer down, would they still pursue if you complied totally, but sent back some kind of backhanded remark like "Yeah I removed it, but fuck you", could they still bring suit just because you weren't cordial about it? I've always figured that if I were to ever be in this situation, I'd cooperate, but I'd love to let them now how I really feel at the same time
