  1. This has been utterly fantastic so far.
  2. I loved Creed calling Angela by the wrong name as well as Phyllis of all people telling Pam to put out. Good episode this week; not great. Interesting storyline development. Toby's gonna chase that feeling. Roy's confrontation with Toby could be hysterical.
  3. Feel free to quote me once they make the Total Nonstop Angle t-shirt.
  4. By the sixth time or so I saw the picture posted I realized the thing looking like a period beside "ANGLE" was drool. Gross!
  5. Jarrett treated Joe like shit during that match. Made his offense look foolish. Bad PPV; good Ultimate X match. Sabin-Low Ki had awful booking; truly terrible shit.
  6. Jarrett doesn't sell for Joe nor fans. DON'T KILL KURT! DON'T KILL KURT!
  7. I was fast forwarding through the beginning of ECW ONS 2 on WWE 24/7 when I saw a half second glimpse of a PWG shirt. I thought, hey, that's cool and rewound. It turned out to be Kevin Steen (or Kevin Steen's twin brother) in the shirt, mildly cheering for Paul Heyman. If you want to see it, it's right at the beginning of Heyman's speech when everyone is chanting "Paul E". He's in a balcony; the camera zooms out really quickly but you can still recognize him. Sorry about all the acronyms. ------ When the hell is Threemendous going to be shipped? I did the five-DVD order and I've waited over a month.
  8. My only complaint is that how the flashback to the end of Casino Night was done. I would have just started it straight at the beginning of the episode instead of that goofy fade in (Pam shows us her thoughts ala Kane) we got a minute into the show. I also would have had the scene remain a one-camera edit since it's kinda implausible that both cameramen would be up there. It'd be a lengthy shot, but who cares? And I would have had it go a little bit longer than it did; scrap that "Are you drunk?" shit for something more dramatic than "Are you going to marry him? OK." It looked to me like the scene was refilmed just for that flashback as Pam's makeup was different and I think Jim's hair was too, although I could be wrong. It bothered me just 'cause I'm a geek like that. How long would it have taken to just put something together during the Casino Night shoot? Eh, that's my only criticism though.
  9. That was so great. The kiss had me in hysterics. Michael's long, teary dialogue about how he all wanted to remember this every time they entered the office was priceless. I'm really digging Jim in Stamford; it cuts down on the Dunder Mifflin filler. The guy went fucking postal over the Jell-O. Tremendous.
  10. Same here, I finished half an hour ago. I didn't get much sleep. So hyped. You get points for putting the heart beside the thread title.
  11. BJ Novak might have been at his best EVER in the Olympics-themed ad shown on the fourth disc. "Hey, it wasn't me." "Please, no." Fantastic delivery. Watch it.
  12. I'm trying to motor through the set in time for the premiere (I'm going to be exhausted come tomorrow morning). I got it today and just finished disc one. Great, great stuff. I've seen all the episodes multiple times but there's still some stuff I didn't remember that made me laugh hard-- Michael kicking at the ground out of boredom after waiting for the rest of the staff to evacuate the building, Michael saying "The ceiling seems lower than it did last week" and Nancy Walls' fantastic expression on her face. You gotta feel for Michael during Office Olympics and Hallowe'en, especially near the end of Olympics when he's brought to tears. Of course, he comes off as a complete prick in The Fight, but still. The deleted scene where Jim finds Dwight's wallet was a bit much though. "Should I cut them up, or...?" He could have just anonymously dropped the wallet on his desk and gone about another way of messing with him for the day. What a shitty thing to do.
  13. I thought it was decent, but not great. It should have been in widescreen though.
  14. Best Buy told me that they were "widespread sold out" of the DVD or something when I went last week and now, while I'm waiting for them to deliver it after copping out and placing an order, I see them everywhere. Fucking guy. EDIT: I'm glad everyone's enjoying it though, I don't remember being too captivated by the first season deleted scenes but it sounds different this year.
  15. I use this in conversation now I wish I had a reason to use this one though.
  16. The 6 pack match was fantastic; I want to see that without commercials so badly. Free TV MOTY, probably. Somehow Michelle/Lita was 100X better than Lita/James. Candice truly is improving.
  17. Hahahah, Edge is crying.
  18. I think they were shown out of order, story-wise. Same thing happened with The Office. BTW the season two box set has a beautiful design to it, with the slip-off cover and all.
  19. He has a fucking juvenile sense of humor. That's partially why most vignettes suck.
  20. That 6 man was pretty poorly executed for one of those big-time Raw multi-man matches. Everyone's punches looked awful. Comparitively, Stratus/James had more intensity (until the hot tag to Cena). Jeff Hardy totally fucking up seriously gave me a good laugh. What the fuck was up with JR trying to make a YTMND reference? Was I supposed to laugh at Crime Time? I don't find the subject matter offensive, it's just the announcer has an irritating voice and the script writing is horrid.
  21. Where did Annyong go? I'm at Hand to God right now and I can't remember any explanation for his disappearance, which seemingly happened a while ago.
  22. That red turtle looks like James Carville.
  23. I just started watching this recently for whatever reason. I don't know what took me so long, this show is hilarious. The first season is superb so far (minus a few episodes that dragged, the one with the car crash really sucked) but then it gets much better. I'll second the love for Pier Pressure; George Sr. turning to his hysterical kids and screaming "If someone had have left a note!" was tremendous. The episode with Heather Graham is really good too. I assume seasons 2 and 3 are great as well?
  24. http://youtube.com/watch?v=ycraroJN7pk I still laugh at this regularly. From American Idol in 2005.
  25. The Baha Men song. I won't mention the title since you probably don't want it playing in your head.
