Dave Meltzer has several times in the past compared some of the WWE's booking to that of which "you do with your friends at 1 AM for a laugh". Well, I figured we should start our own 1 am booking club. Rules: 1) Must be past 12:30 AM in your area when your idea is conceived. No entries posted after 5:00 AM. 2) Ideas must be more than 3 sentences each in length/description. 3) These ideas by NO MEANS have to be logical. My entry:

By "too BTTF-ish, I personally have something against movies that leave you hanging. They suddenly decide to go to Amsterdam and then the movie ends, leaving no conclusion to what happens with Harold and the girl. I hated this type of ending in Back to the Future Part. One and even in Super Mario Brothers (of course, that's not the only glaring problem with the movie). Rush Hours 1 and 2 are a good example of how to wrap movies up, but still leave room for a sequel. I just assumed there would be a second film (or at least one is being planned) when they mentioned their next adventure.

Dull movie. The only part I really laughed at was Kumar imagining going through life together with the bag of weed. That "freakshow" crap was awful and the end was too Back to the Future-ish for me. You could even call it "too Super Mario Brothers-ish". I'm not too hyped for Harold and Kumar Go to Amsterdam. Overall, it was disappointing. Planes, Trains and Automobiles is a WAY better "buddies-on-road-trip-resulting-in-hijinks" movie, but whatever floats the stoners' boats, I guess.

I just hope his PPV rants are kept somewhere, they're a good guide to a lot of the top WWF matches.

How does one go by pronouncing the names of various Japanese superstars in English? I'd like to compile a list so if by chance I ever have to use a name of a puro star during a conversation. Just provide names and examples on how to pronounce them. Like: Chris Benoit (Kris Ben-wah)

Thanks for the tip, I got mine today from Sunrise. Just a spectacular main feature, and Benoit is someone all wrestling fans can look up to. Well, except for the 6 feet tall ones.

I found it at Future Shop two days ago and then I tried to go back to buy it yesterday. It seems they've pulled it off the shelves and won't let me purchase it now because they put the DVD out too early (it should be out Aug. 10). So now I'm on the reserve list. Assholes.
