The only thing that gives me a hint of Jack is that they can infect him within the next 2-3 hours setting it up so he becomes contagious in the last two episodes. I think that Shelton would be right where he is now and that Charlie would be in a different spot. Having the history he did with Brock Lesnar, made Shelton necessary on Team Angle. No matter who else was with Shelton, he would give Team Angle the air of legitimacy about knowing Lesnar and his weaknesses. Rhodes inherited a solid team, Kotite was just such a fuck up he couldn't do anything. Once that team left, he blew. I also think you have to look at the fact, it seems, that 90% of matches end with some type of run-in/interference/foreign object/wacky ending. It doesn't really make sense to develop a variety of finishers, when the finisher has minimal effect on the outcome anyway. Just get the screwiness out of the way, hit your normal finisher, and end the match. When you get the clean matches (ex. Angle/Benoit) is when they can develop the new finishers, because they have thrown everything at each other and can't keep them down. When you have a match with a chair shot, it doesn't make sense to bust out a new finisher when the chair shot ended it basically.
