  1. I don't know about that, just because there is a glut of RBs this year and not that many teams in the top 10 need them. 1. SF - They have Hicks, who played well, and Barlow and too many other holes to use the pick on RB when they have those two. 2. Miami - Certainly can see an RB here. 3. Cleveland - Similar to Clev. in that they have Suggs and too many other needs to use the pick on his replacement. 4. Titans - Brown 5. Arizona - Needs a RB 6. Chicago - T. Jones 7. Tampa - Pittman 8. Washington- Portis 9. Detroit - K. Jones 10. Dallas- J. Jones 11. San Diego - LT 12. Oakland - Needs a RB So out of the top 12 there are three that really need to address RB and I would be surprised to not see one of them end up with Alexander as a FA. So either Benson (doubtful), Brown, or Cadillac is going to drop and be a top value for some team.
  2. Alright, since I have become a backup I would like to kill my guy at the end of this season.
  3. Really, I could live with Spears, either of the Codys or Pollack. Like I said, either way they should end up with a good one, I am just a Pollack fan and would prefer him. And I have no hope of Brown making it that far.
  4. Defensive End: The ends opposite Kearse should be wreaking havoc and that has not been the case. This is where I would use the first round pick. Hopefully David Pollack slips since he doesn't have 4.4 speed or the super physical skills everyone looks at instead of production. Either way, there are plenty of DEs in this years draft that they will get a good one in the first. Wide Receiver: Unless he really steps it up in the playoffs (come on, let me finish before laughing), he is going to be a key fall guy yet again and I don't think he will be able to recover. They need to get someone in here. I would use their second second round pick here. Or I would package to move up and get Mike Williams if he drops to the 10th pick region being they have a shitload of picks. Running back: I would use the first second rounder on a RB. You pair up Westbrook with an Arrington, Houston, Fason, Williams and that can be a deadly backfield. Defensive tackle: In the second half of the draft they need to draft a couple of the patented big fat turds to clog up the middle of a line. Grab a couple and at least one will work out.
  5. Again I have to ask, Where the fuck are the opening ceremonies?!? Opening Ceremonies > Stefan fucking Leko and Giant Silva.

    NFL Week 17

God I miss real football games. I can't believe anyone actually went to the Eagles game today. I know there are probably a lot of people getting hand me down tickets and seeing the Linc for the first time, but it can't be worth it.
  7. Preview: 8:30 Show: 9:00
  8. At first thought, I was not big on the rooting for conference rivals idea, but the more I think about it if I was a fan of a big team I probably would. I would want as much good feeling going on about my team as possible going into next season so I had a good standing in the preseason polls (since those determine the title contenders more than anything else). Just remember how fucked up college football can be and the idea will make sense. It is different in the pros where your record is your record and that is what everything goes by, not votes.
  9. Can I just say I love Harley and fully support the idea?
  10. Ray Didinger (NFL films guy) has done interviews lately where he was talking about how he was just at Reggie's home, saying he looked in good shape and said that White talked about keeping in shape. So I don't think he let himself go much worse than his playing days.
  11. It was Benedetto.
  12. I put Dallas Clark on my keeper list.
  13. He is still around. They made a rule stating you could not do that anymore, though. BTW, it is pretty awesome that Mark from the original Road Rules is on there. Just when you think these people are about to get real jobs they sneak into something like this.
  14. Reggie hated Norman Braman the owner.
  15. Question for non-Eagle, non-Packer fans: Is White seen by most people as an Eagle or a Packer? I thought this was a no-brainer, but it seems 90% of the things today have seemed to be of the "Reggie White, the Green Bay Packer, who started his career in Philly" and it just seems weird.
  16. Here is to the best Eagle I ever saw. RIP Reggie.
  17. Switch Henderson into the fight with Silva and find someone to replace Hendo's spot (should be much easier to find someone to fill that slot as opposed to fight Silva on short notice). Oh, and thank god Saku is out. No need to see him die.
  18. It is UFC that is having the 6 hour show and it is going to air fights from UFC 40 to UFC 49. Sherdog preview Apparently 40 full fights will be shown. Could not find the full list. I was hoping to find a full list to see what is going to be from UFC 40-42 as if there was a lot I might order this, but having seen 43-49 it isn't worth it otherwise.
  19. I picked up the first KOTC 10 show/$20 set and it was worth it. Sure there were some crappy fighters, but a toughman style fight that they usually provide never hurt here and there. I'll probably pick up the second set when it gets to the Suncoast near me.
  20. Smoot should have made it, Pierce was a victim of the name game, and Taylor should already be on the team over Roy Williams (Williams does have 3 season ending injuries due to the drag down tackle on the year, I assume that leads the league.)
  21. Lito Sheppard isn't even the best CB on the Eagles. But he has the interceptions which always catch someone's eye. I am glad to see Lewis and Reese get some credit. I would bring up Westbrook should go over Green, but that would be rubbing it in.
  22. Additional rumored matches from MMA Weekly Nick Diaz v. Drew Fickett Chris Lytle v. Karo Parisyan Paul Buentello v. Justin Eilers
  23. Greg Lewis is going to be the interesting WR for the Eagles. He has shown flashes and has some really good hands from what I have seen. I would not be shocked to see him as the no. 2 from here on and Mitchell stay in the slot. Either way I throw to Lewis and McMullen all game for each of the next two games just to see what you have.
  24. The only thing they have to do in the NFC title game (assuming they make it) is score first. If the opponent jumps on them early the fans are going to turn in a second.
  25. Screw Rocky. Go across the street and (since the Flyers aren't using it) steal the video of Kate Smith singing God Bless America. The players might be lost, but the fans would go in-freaking-sane.
