King of the Ring 1995. One of the worst PPVs in wrestling history, if not THE worst. Your goal is to completely rebook the PPV. This means that you must also book the tournament matches that weren't on television. The tournament was 16-man, so you must book 8 qualifying matches, and then the entire PPV. Book the results of the matches, the time, and even add a star rating if you'd like. Rebook the non tournament matches as well, and tell us about any feud you have going into the show. (For example, you want Diesel vs. Bret Hart for the WWF title; explain your booking and how you would build to the match, etc) Here is how the original card went down: King of the Ring 1995 June 25, 1995 in Philadelphia, PA The Spectrum drawing 16,590 ($311,680) Shown live on PPV (0.65) 1. Savio Vega pinned Irwin R. Schyster (4:01). (Free 4 All qualifying match to take the injured Razor Ramon's spot) 2. Savio Vega beat Yokozuna (8:24) via countout. 3. The Roadie pinned Bob Holly (7:30). 4. Shawn Michaels drew Kama (15:00). 5. Mabel pinned The Undertaker (10:44). 6. Savio Vega pinned The Roadie (6:36). 7. Bret Hart beat Jerry Lawler (9:20) via submission in a "kiss my foot" match. 8. Mabel pinned Savio Vega (8:32) to win the King of the Ring Tournament. 9. Diesel & Bam Bam Bigelow beat Tatanka & Psycho Sid (17:35) when Diesel pinned Tatanka. --I'll add in mine soon. If you have any questions about who was on the roster at the time, check out www.thehistoryofwwe.com for help.

It is an odd match. Vince had Bruno fill in for a coked-out Jake Roberts several times during the summer of 87. Who knows exactly what Jake was up to but I'm sure it was no good. Bruno even went over Honky via pinfall in a 6-man elimination match at the Boston Garden. Cawthon, for you to accuse Jake Roberts of ever doing cocaine is sickening! *Shakes fist* -
How about Austin's borefest at Backlash with Undertaker? That has to be one of Austin's worst.

Here are some bad ones: WWF @ Koblenz, Germany - October 7, 1995 Man Mountain Rock defeated Rad Radford Waylon Mercy defeated Bob Holly Bam Bam Bigelow defeated Psycho Sid Jean Pierre Laffiette defeated Aldo Montoya Hunter Hearst Helmsley defeated Henry Godwinn Owen Hart defeated Fatu Razor Ramon defeated Dean Douglas via disqualification WWF World Champion Diesel defeated Yokozuna Wow, there is NOTHING good on that card. WWF @ Memphis, TN - Pyramid - March 5, 1993 Crush defeated Papa Shango via submission with the head vice Virgil defeated Terry Taylor Kamala defeated Kimchee Jerry Lawler defeated Jeff Gaylord Typhoon defeated Skinner Rick & Scott Steiner defeated the Beverly Brothers The Undertaker defeated Yokozuna via disqualification When Virgil/Terry Taylor was probably the MOTN, you know you're in trouble. WWF @ Rochester, NY - War Memorial - August 3, 1990 (3,000) Jim Brunzell pinned Buddy Rose Koko B. Ware defeated the Genius Paul Roma defeated Barry O Greg Valentine & the Honkytonk Man defeated the Bushwhackers Jimmy Snuka defeated the Barbarian via disqualification after the Barbarian shoved the referee Tugboat defeated Earthquake after Jim Duggan interfered with the 2x4 Battle of the Natural Disasters in the main event!

Looking at listings for old SNME episodes, I noticed Kamala beat Jake Roberts on one in 1987. What happened to Kamala that caused him to leave the WWF in 1987 of that year, and what did he do until his return in 1992?

So if Hogan was main eventing in 1980, what did he do until his return (was it 84?)? I am really uneducated on my old school wrestling. -

How often did matches like this happen back then? Double count-outs happen all the time. I guess I set myself up for that one... -
I would have loved to see Jake in his prime vs. Raven in his prime. Jake these days is just sad.

The 1/14 Vincennes show was cancelled due to flooding in the area. Punk won the title at the anniversary show, which I believe was 10/23/04.

Please don't ever make that comparison again. Thank You in advance... Shitty workrate, over with the crowds, suck up to the fans, lame finishers... Have you ever actually seen Hogan wrestle during his prime? And realize din 1984 a leg drop was probably the best finisher ever? Or the fact Hogan actually drew money? Hogan drew more money? Thanks for breaking that shocking info to me.

Angle/Strong went longer than Cena/Kenzo.
