The microtransactions girl? there's no way 12% are defective. That would be a huge disaster for MS. I am so sad at not getting a 360. I'm going have to look like, every day till I find one. I just saw the DOA4 commercial. Very weird for a fighting commercial. Made the game look like a RPG or something.

I agree there's not a single stand out title for 360 but there doesn't really have to be. A few good games makes it worthwhile. PS2 launched with Tekken Tag Tournament, one of the best 3D fighters ever. I care about that a lot more than Lumines or PGR. I don't have a new PC, so Quake IV and COD2 are new to me.

What is so hard to understand? People want the games. I want to play DOA4, Quake IV, Call of Duty 2 and Perfect Dark Zero. I want to play them now, not 6 months from now. I can afford to play them now.

They knew the release date ages ago. This shortage stuff is just dumb. It was dumb with PS2 too.

Yeah, that's what I was saying. Both stores I went to had 1 extra person in line than they had systems. This shortage has to be manufactured by MS to create hype. How could they only be producing like 20 per store? That's just stupid. I thought the whole point of getting this out this early was to get a head start on PS3?

Well this sucks. Both stores I was planning on going to had long lines at like 5 and not enough systems to go around. Looks like I am not getting one tonight.

Ok so here we go. The next generation starts now. Yay. So who else is getting one? I am doing the midnight camp out tomorrow. Planning on getting Call of Duty 2, Quake IV and Perfect Dark Zero. All FPS games.

Indigo Prophecy was still really good. If the rest had been like the first half it'd be one of my favorites. My favorite game this year isn't even new. I think I've had the most fun with Soul Calibur II the past few weeks.

Oh god I just found out Walmart is going to have only 4 Premium pack Xbox 360s. The wait is going to be horrible.....

It's weird how they spend so much focus on voice acting and cast. Like half the catogories are related to the production values. I hate how random the genres are. Two different sports catagories, "military games" and fps/action... What exactly is a "cyber vixon"? Where is the male equivlent?

Mememory cards and things like that cut costs. At the end of the day you're not getting anything for "free". It's just added to the cost of the system.

Well the boss probably picks whoever volunteers. If not too bad. Everyone has to work overtime sometimes. I am just hoping I can get someone to come with me. It's going to be brutal if I have to go alone. I might just wait then. When GC came out random bored people next to be would want to small talk. I did the midnight wait for GC and Xbox. Xbox had like...10 people. The GC wait was a big line that took ages. I hate going into Gamestop now. They won't let me leave without preordering.

I don't have much hype for 360. It'll be worth it in the long run years from now. I just want it now cause it's the next big thing and I HAVE TO HAVE IT. Plus there's just something special and exciting about getting it at midnight. Like it's more of an event and it could be fun. Most of the people working in those game stores could probably use the extra money. I am going to either Meijer or Walmart which are open 24 hours anyway. It's not like it's going to be 24 hours of waiting either. I'll probably go sometime in the evening.

Gamestop is always trying to get me to preorder one. But camping out is good. Camping out is much better than the preorder!

Yeah, but that doesn't mean anyone will put any good fighters on the system.

You just win Trish's contract and that's it. The story ends there anyway. I think Hogan, Foley and Austin are the only legends you can use in story mode. I don't think there are any actual character specific storylines. It's just that if you are someone involved in a major story(like Eddie with the urn) you won't get that path with him, you'll get something like legend tour instead.

Plus you had to buy a new PS2 when your old one overheated.

There's 360 hype? I mostly just see people talking about how it's not time for next gen and how PD Zero looks awful.

Ryu wouldn't turn down a fight. Videos like this really show had bad the MK animation is.

MS made you pay for Xbox Live and DVD playback with Xbox 1. Harddrive was nice though.
