Paris Hilton going to jail (for 3 days)
Youth N Asia replied to Atticus Chaos's topic in Television & Film
And somewhere an angel gets its wings -
from imdb.com Isaiah Washington is "mad as hell" after learning he was fired from hit U.S. medical drama Grey's Anatomy. The troubled actor's future on the show has been in doubt ever since he made a homophobic remark about castmate T.R. Knight last October - a comment he repeated at the Golden Globe Awards earlier this year. And at the end of season three his character, Dr. Preston Burke, was seen packing his bags on the cliffhanger finale. Washington's spokesperson Howard Bragman confirmed his client had received a call from the show's creator Shonda Rimes informing the actor that he was "not invited back to the show next season", and the 43-year-old star today released a statement addressing the situation. In the statement, he simply says, "I'm mad as hell, and I'm not going to take it anymore." saw it coming, although I think it's a little much

Gah, I was watching a little bit of that on MSNBC. So many phtogs jumping out in front of cop cars, is it too much to ask for just one decapitation? -

I wish a cinderblock would fall from heaven and crush Paris Hilton. I am just so tired of this bitch -
I didn't love Cabin Fever, but while watching it I was wondering what the director was going to do next. And I love the first Hostle. I hope 2 has a good opening for Eli

I am seeing it sometime this weekend. It's at the drive in with Bug...but I can't talk my girl into that one.

Paris Hilton going to jail (for 3 days)
Youth N Asia replied to Atticus Chaos's topic in Television & Film
I'm usually good enough at ignoring Paris stuff all together. It's never an issue for me, but this one is shit. ok, she has 45 days, less than a slap on the wrist, but whatever ok, now 20 some days, figured that would happen, I imagined that she'd serve half of that. HALF of that would have been enough to keep me from ranting about this bitch that isn't worth my time -

I guess for every 10 celebs they let get away they have to make an example out of one...like Tommy Chong (they only really throw the book at the ones that don't need it as bad, and aren't as famous) -

I can. For whatever reason the courts baby celebs. I don't think the country would go to shambles if someone with some fame actually served the same time that anyone else would have gotten -

Who's defending??? They were asses and got what they deserved. Just saying they probably would have thought twice if they knew it meant a lifetime UFC ban -

I knew they'd baby her and let her out early, but damn, I thought they'd keep her a week -
Jericho returning for 7 more episodes
Youth N Asia replied to Youth N Asia's topic in Television & Film
If they know they only have 7 episodes to wrap things up then I doubt they'll painfully slowplay it like they did the first 3/4 of the series. I'm glad it's coming back, the show needs and ending. Too bad it took so late into the season for it to get good, but after the last few eps I am excited to see more. -
I don't mind Melfi getting rid of Tony, her charcter could have left 2 seasons ago and everything would have been fine

That's gotta suck for fighting to be your profession and have the biggest company in the world say they'll never hire you -
http://snescentral.edgeemu.com/article.php?id=0790 June 6, 2007 To the Fans of Jericho: Wow! Over the past few weeks you have put forth an impressive and probably unprecedented display of passion in support of a prime time television series. You got our attention; your emails and collective voice have been heard. As a result, CBS has ordered seven episodes of “Jericho” for mid-season next year. In success, there is the potential for more. But, for there to be more “Jericho,” we will need more viewers. A loyal and passionate community has clearly formed around the show. But that community needs to grow. It needs to grow on the CBS Television Network, as well as on the many digital platforms where we make the show available. We will count on you to rally around the show, to recruit new viewers with the same grass-roots energy, intensity and volume you have displayed in recent weeks. At this time, I cannot tell you the specific date or time period that “Jericho” will return to our schedule. However, in the interim, we are working on several initiatives to help introduce the show to new audiences. This includes re-broadcasting “Jericho” on CBS this summer, streaming episodes and clips from these episodes across the CBS Audience Network (online), releasing the first season DVD on September 25 and continuing the story of Jericho in the digital world until the new episodes return. We will let you know specifics when we have them so you can pass them on. On behalf of everyone at CBS, thank you for expressing your support of “Jericho” in such an extraordinary manner. Your protest was creative, sustained and very thoughtful and respectful in tone. You made a difference. Sincerely, Nina Tassler President, CBS Entertainment P.S. Please stop sending us nuts

Liked it, didn't love it. They left way too much open for a season ender. Again they built for Vic vs Shane, and you finally thought you'd get to see the showdown...alas, another 7-10 more months untill that happens.

I am actually looking more forward to this than I am UFC 72

I loved arcades as a kid. The time of Vigalante, TMNT, Double Dragon 1 and 2, Hard Driving, and more old shit. Today it's just not as fun. For starters they're pricing kids out of going to the arcades. Although I love playing the ambulance driving game, don't recall the name offhand

Yeah, I thought for sure AJ was going to take crossfire in the last episode...he still could (AND SHOULD)

That was the first episode in a very long time that made me want the next episode right after. That was great. Cannot wait for the series ender now.

Morton tested positive for bad shit as well, may not get any of his $100,00 purse. He was also carried out in a neck brace after his fight http://www.dailymotion.com/search/brock%2B...soo-kim-k1-dyna Brock's fight, it looked like he knew what he was doing (granted, he was fighting a bum) -
Picked it up from the library, I think I'll watch it tomorrow
