  1. They should turn them heel and let them run with langauge a little. It got Steiner way over in WCW, and Bubba's a much better talker.
  2. Ditto. The crowd used to HATE them in ECW. Bubba was gold on the mic. And just destroy people for money, like they did for Joel Gertner on that one ECW PPV. Buh Buh: "We can't knock off Jack Victory, he's our boy. Uh, D-von, just curious, how much money did brother Gertner leave in the envelope?" D-Von: "Buh Buh, there's 5 grand in here." Buh Buh: "Oh my God...Jack Victory's a dead man." CLASSIC! I wish they would have explained what the hell that was about though. ECW seemed to run a ton of angles that last 1 night and that was it
  3. I haven't seen a lot from the first season...mostly midrun to almost recient
  4. With how the crowd is into them I'm suprised they've not on more. Although they'll probably win-lose-win-lose the belts again sometime soon. I wish they'd go back to heels in tye-dye.
  5. Yeah, as long as Paul E has any kind of say so in anything WWE related, I doubt we'll ever see Corino there.
  6. Now that Mad TV's on Comedy Central I seem to be watching it a little more. While not as popular as SNL they've done some great skits, what are your favorites. I think it's a tie for me. "That's My White Momma" is just great and it's s shame they only did 2 of them. it's so absurd that it's just great. The other is a Christmas skit where Santa is delivering presents and the girl sneaks downstairs to catch him...and because of that he has to kill her. GIRL: "What if I run away." SANTA: " Now how far would you get? You're wearing pajamas and there's 2 feet of snow. I'm wearing a furry suit with big boots. I'm practicaly dressed for hunting children."
  7. Season 2 of Smallville was much better then the first. Look forward to picking that up on DVD
  8. Yeah, they worked well together, I was only half serious
  9. Yeah, fat guy, and thin guy, who use the Hart Attack move...that's about it for me. But I like Roadkill for the most part. I can't even picture him posing and saying "CHICKENS!" in my head without laughing
  10. Yeah, it's been a while
  11. Mikey Whipwreck...and my judgement isn't clouded by the fact that he's my favorite wrestler...really. I seriously think him and Tajiri could get over as a tag team if given a fair shot. Other then that I would say Simon Diamond
  12. I'm sure serious bids ended at around $50
  13. Wow...old post. I liked Local H's first 3 albums...haven't heard anything after Cats though
  14. TEDDY HART! WOW I'd sure better get my "f'n tickets" ASAP! ... big deal
  15. Cold Opening Cast- Darrell Hammond, Amy Poehler, Seth Meyers -Very funny opening...but Seth needs work on his Kerry. Hammond was great as Al as usual. **** Monologue Cast- Drew Barrymore, Rachel Dratch -errr...one laugh or so. * Versace Cast- Barrymore, Maya Rudolph, Horatio Sanz, Poehler -GRRRRRRRRRR!!! They Keep Doing It! Stop the pain! Altough this one had one laugh for me, which is one more then all the other ones. * Jarrett’s Room Cast- Barrymore, Jimmy Fallon, Sanz, Meyers -bleh, I'm way past sick of this. The pot humor is way past old and the little daydream went on too long and wasn't funny. DUD! Access Hollywood Cast- Barrymore, Fallon - I agree that Fallon's impression is good, but there are no jokes here. You can't just keep saying "listen to my voice" every time you do it. DUD! Octane Cast- Meyers, Rudolph, Finesse Mitchell, Kenan Thompson -...well...DUD! Weekend Update Cast- Fallon, Tina Fey, Rudolph, Mitchell -The jokes were good, but by the time they got going it was over...they could really cut some of this other crap and give them a few more minutes. The Ross segment wasn't funny and I've never understood SNL's deal about having people walk in the background with a look on their face (Mitchell) and somehow that's a joke. ***1/2 W meets Kerry Cast- Barrymore, Parnell, Will Forte, Meyers, Hammond -Still not loving Seth's Kerry. And Forte's Bush is starting to grow on me. Hammond was great for the 2nd time tonight. Couple of the jokes missed with me, but one of the better parts of the show. *** Larry King Cast- Barrymore, Fallon -The Anna was good but could have been cut shorter, not bad though. **1/2 Spy Glass Cast- Barrymore, Meyers, Fallon, Poehler -Awful skit, I know Bob likes Seth and Amy together, but bad pun after bad pun after bad pun isn't funny. Some of the sex jokes were alright, but mostly I was just waiting for it to end. * The World of Scott Wanio -just not funny. I though the Huggie Thong bit went when they had nothing better to put on. DUD! The White Stripes Cast- Barrymore, Fallon, Parnell, Thompson -Damn...this had serious promise. It starts like a Batman and Robin skit and then you get...THE WHITE STRIPES. And I actually really liked Fallon in the part, the voice was funny. And Drew's Meg was pretty good, since she doesn't talk or anything. But I'm not for Jimmy taking more time to sing, Would have worked better had they ran to action...and maybe then broke into song while the bad guy's were getting away. I'm giving it points cause it's one of the better original ideas they've had in a while and if done better should come back. *** Prince Cast- Barrymore, Rudolph, Armisen, Thompson -I liked the George Clinton bit...but other then that I just didn't see any good jokes to be had. * While it got 4 DUDS! from me I thought the rest was mostly pretty good.
  16. Agreed
  17. The hell...the number read 20,000+ last time, and now 14,000+
  18. 24,632 in mine now
  19. If you knew nothing about his WWF run and based it on the DVD you'd think he did the Rumble and left...they could have gone a little into the Macho stuff.
  20. I'll miss Red Wings games. Especially around playoff time.
  21. I wasn't that impressed with it. While I like the whole matches I wish they would have added a few more, they could have clipped them pretty good. They seemed to leave out a lot.
  22. Since I signed it yesterday (at about this time) it went from 4,700 to just over 10,000
  23. 4 of his last 7 went 125m+ those are decient numbers. Nicky could be called a bomb, and 8 Crazy Nights probably didn't cost much to make.
