My first concert was Jane's Addiction with Live, a few weeks before I turned 16.
Now I'm 21 and I think I've been to somewhere between 10-15 shows. The best being Pearl Jam last summer and a Blink 182/Green Day twin bill in 2002 at Madison Square Garden.
Bordem. I likely won't play another game in that franchise. Just like how I started a Royals franchise and traded away everyone making more than $1.0 million for top prospects from around the league and turned them into an awesome team, played 1 game, and gave up. I already went through a 162 game season and won the World Series, so I'm pretty much done with this game now.
Jim Finn had shoulder surgery and is out for the year, but the Giants were going to cut him anyway.
Are they fucking serious? Leonard fell to their laps in round 2 and they blew right past him. The backfield is a mess right now, and this just sucks more and more.
What was the deal with the Jericho/Shamrock feud? They build, and build, and build, all of a sudden Shammy gets the ol' "internal injuries," gets subbed out of the big PPV match, and is never heard from in the fed again.
Today I decided to start a franchise with the Dodgers and the "force CPU trades" option turned on, and turned out with quite a team. First game, I won 15-1.
Sunday Night Baseball is so bad that it's getting to the point that I can barely bring myself to watch the Yankees on it. Last time, I tried listening to the awful radio tandem of Sterling and Suzyn despite the radio being about 10 seconds ahead of the TV.
To elaborate, this act has got to stop immediately. It was kinda cute at first when he couldn't sign until May 1 last year, and now it's just bullshit and being able to pick and choose where to play after the season has started, and after every other player in MLB had to go through spring training and whatever else. Despite what guys say in interviews with the media, there is no way that many teammates don't mind it. Plus I've already heard Tom Glavine say that he might want to try it out next year. It can only snowball from here.
Can somebody explain what the deal was with Undertaker facing both Dudleys in a PPV main event, and then "killing" Paul Bearer by burying him in concrete?
