Os won their 9th come from behind game, down 5-0 at one point to the Mariners they ended up winning 8-7, adding another win to their 1 run record (7-1). Last year they were 13-31 in 1 run games and they had a really low number of come from behind wins. I dont know how they're doing it really myself. This upcoming 4 game series with the White Sox is a big one early on. If they can get 2 wins out of their next 6 (2 with Tampa also), they'll have won 15 games which is 1/4 of the total they were predicted by just about everyone to win (blah blah blah 100 loss season blah blah blah). Oh, and I see Mariner fans (via another forum) are taking going 1-6 vs the Os pretty hard, especially since Sherrill saved 5 of the 6 wins and Adam Jones had a huge 2 run double tonight.

I had no problem getting it networked after I bought the right thing (Lan adapter instead of the usb thing). I still cant get Brawl to work online either but thats not of any fault on my end. The biggest killers of the console are 1) Lack of a hard drive, which has me skeptical on "Wiiware" since the games are looking good but theres no way in hell Im re-downloading them everytime I want to play them (can you store them on SD Cards, I have not heard?) Side note - one or two of you might remember the coronary I almost had back when the "X BUX" came out because of it having a hard drive and that it would ruin console gaming. That was however 7 years ago.. 2) Overpriced ported flash mini game bonanzas that are selling because people are idiots. The fact that Carnival Games has sold more than Metroid Prime 3..bleh 3) People who still go "OMG GRAFFIX!"

I got gas on March 23 and I got gas yesterday (and only 9 1/2 gallons). I could have filled up later this week but I wanted to catch gas before it went up again more than $3.29. Thats what happens when A)I have 14 mile total commute to work B) I only work 4 days a week C)My car gets 34.5 MPG D)Rarely do I go anywhere other than work. Ive had my Yaris since 3/26/07 and I just went over 9,000 miles like 2 weeks ago (and that includes almost 900 miles in a trip all over NJ last July). The dealership is pestering me for now that I should be doing a 15,000 mile service (and they wondered why I was so eager to take the 6 year/72,000 mile warranty..I'll get the full 6 years out of that easily).
