Im officially putting the Ravens on the 0-16 watch for next year. They get the AFC South (Indy, Tennessee, Jacksonville and Houston) and the NFC East (Dallas, New York, Washington and Philadelphia) as well as the Dolphins again (ha ha they couldnt beat em in 07, why would I think they could beat them in 08?) and Oakland (ok..there might be the 1 victory out of 16..they might be able to beat Oakland..). They conveniently get the two divisions that sent 2 Wild Card winners to the playoffs this year. The AFC North as a whole is going to get killed and it could very well come down to how the teams play in the division but the Ravens have no chance in doing well vs Pittsburgh/Cleveland/Cincy anyway.. Their out of division games pretty much look like 9 guaranteed loses right out of the gate..and the one possible vs Oakland. Im booking tickets right now for the Oakland game (well..I cant since I dont know when and where it is but as soon as I do, Im doing it!) Oh, and I was right about Cam Cameron for OC.

The problem with him is I doubt anyone would miss him..he hasnt done anything that I know of since Step By Step finished and that was hardly the blockbuster TV show ratings wise.. I take that back..hes on the Soap Opera the Bold and the Beautiful now..I guess he's the bold part.

Glenn Beck asked Ron Paul if he'd run 3rd party today and he said no, he didnt want to go through all the hassle of trying to get on ballots where he'd be spending more money just to get on ballots then on actual campaigning. I had always assumed he'd more than likely run 3rd party since hes not really a Republican anyway..and that running as a Republican now was his way of getting in on debates and getting face time in the media that he wouldn't get as a 3rd party with the two other parties having chosen their candidates. I think he would do well as a 3rd party from both sides if the choices are John McCain and Hillary Clinton..

Screw properly calibrated, they look better period But like I said, they are heavy as shit, Samsung is getting to the point the are ignoring the fact that they have ever made CRT Tv's(like most companies), the parts are hard to find for repairs because most companies have started scraping the bulk parts or selling the to distributors and good luck finding the parts, and for nearly 600 bucks, you can get a slightly bigger flat. CRTs have nasty overscan issues as well as geometry issues (sides can be pushed in likd pincushions or bowed out like a ball). I had to go into the service menu of mine to fix the overscan on mine which not only voids warranties but also can turn the tv into a doorstop.

As far as to why your cable company isn't carrying any of those, it comes down to cable co.s needing to upgrade their systems to handle the increased bandwith required to deliver additional HD channels..specificaly called Switched Digital technology. If you can get fios, their only limitation is negotiating carriage deals since they have bandwith out the wazoo

itsa huge waste as far as I can tell..though I dont watch the shows lik Nip Tuck or Damages to know whether theyre in HD or not. What bothers me the most is Baltimore and Toronto both spent approximately 95 million last year which is apparently the mean spending if I am to belive a chart included on the AP version of the Article. The good news is all 30 teams made a little over 6 billion while spending only 2.7 billion on player salaries..so the Yankees can probably keep on going to $500 million a year and still be in good financial shape. .. the jacket up there got me to thinking: Is it a good time to start the campaign up to get the Orioles out of the AL East? Put them in..the NL Central..yeah..they could win 100 games there easily if they had to play the Reds Astros Pirates almost 60 times combined.

I finally saw ST today since my theatre finally decided to play it this past weekend and I still had one more $1 coupon to use. There was actually a good deal of humor in it and I found myself laughing in a couple spots, most notably when Mrs. Lovett went on her dream sequece about getting married and Sweeney Todd's expression never changed a bit throughout. Im not familiar with the play that much so I dont know how close it was but overall, I enjoyed it and wasn't disapointed. My main issue was that Depp wasn't really doing a good job at singing and at some points he would speak and all I heard was Jack Sparrow and saw Edward Scissorhands..so..Im not too sure why he got the Oscar nomination.

After seeing Sweeny Todd, I can say Depp didn't deserve the best actor nomination but H.B.C. should have gotten a best Actress nod..

Norbit got nomniated for like, 8 Razzies so the question is has a movie ever won both an Oscar and a Razzie?
