I was just thinking about how upbeat I've been the last couple of days..being off from work and my birthday this week certainly are contributing factors but still.. I work tomorrow but fortunately not a long shift, but it should at least help keep my mind off things til I get home.

I understand that, but its taken me a good 8-10 years longer than most to even get motivated to try, and I haven't even managed anything more than 3 horrible meeting experiences. It sorta feels like I should still be in elementary school..

Im actually for some reason taking an optimistic view on things (Id hate to think I've turned over a new leaf and become an optimist all of a sudden..) It has to be blatantly obvious to her that I have no experience at all when it comes to dating and the like, and if she's willing to put up with my blundering around like she has than thats definitely a plus in my favor. I really doubt that I will end up lucky enough to find/meet someone else with the same patience for a 24 year old without a lick of experience.. Granted, Im expecting this to not work out in the long run, but if I can get a few dates out of it at least I can chaulk it up to experience/learning lesson and move on then that would be a big sucess for me. Oh, and unfortunately time restraints eliminate the possibility of dinner or anything else before the movie.
