Depends who wins the Main Event. Triple H throws another party for himself to celebrate a title win = money. (Monopoly money that is.) $100 for passing Go? Canadian or American dollars? Australian. Remember the RAW before SurSer, when Rock called Austin out. The place just went nuts. Even my parents, who hate wrestling, notice that and thought that that segment was great. Scott Hudson is backstage interviewer with TNA. I would love to have Austin on commentary. Orton needed and still needs time. His better as a heel.

    The New Era

Batista (and Haas) have got shelf lives being in their 30s. Its been said a million times before, nobody draws in the WWE today. Theres no point looking for the next Hogan, Austin or Rock. That will never work. Your killing such a wrestler before he starts out. How can a remaked Virgil work? Cena is going to be marketed till he dies. If JBL had more swing I could see him, Orlando (US) and Bashams (Tag) have all the items. I think Cena-HBK could have a good feud, but who would play the heal? :S
  3. But who is signing the petition??? Cameramen, ring crew and fans??? What the f**k, as if the WWE would care about such signatories. Also, Bisch is a tweaner, calling him a face is a long strech. Keep Long for fs sake. It may be an excuse to get CCC on NYR, like asking Bisch & RAW superstars to sign it. I mean, he may as well, since the SD! really carries weight in the fans eyes. Naaaaaah, this is the WWE, that wont happen.
  4. I came across the Corino bit in the ECW threads and got curious. Thats 2 of the 20 explained, bringing it down to 18 World Titles to Flair, what happened to the other 2? Thanks alot guys.

    Jericho Speaks

I think Jericho was very kind about his Undisputed Title run. When was Hogan-Jericho? Interesting about the HHH non-answer. I dont blame him there, must be very hard being HHH and Stephs bitch. All in all, Jericho shows why hes such a good speaker and hes very diplomatic.
  6. After watching SD!, I wouldnt mind seeing a RVD-Eddy-Rey 3-way for a title.
  7. 1) Whats Corinos beef with the WWE about? 2) Isnt Flair a 20-time World Champion (10 NWAs, 8 WCWs and 2 WWEs)? http://www.wrestling-titles.com/nwa/world/nwa-h.html http://www.wrestling-titles.com/wwf/sd/ http://www.wrestling-titles.com/wcw/ http://bodyslamming.com/wwe/flair.html Thanks in advance guys.

Regal should have faced Tista instead of Rhyno in their beat the clock challange match, would have made more sense. Benoit should have faced Snitsky, not bloody Viscera. What sense does it make to bury one half of your tag team champions? And not 'bury' but...well, have him lose in 3 minutes. Whether Batista's a monster or not. And I still don't get why it's ever thought of as a 'disappointment' the ratings not high when big things happen..if they aren't advertised. What if the RKO/HHH match, can, in fact draw well, how the hell were people supposed to know it was going to happen? Well, if they missed the beginning. And yes, I know it was mentioned a few times throughout the show, but whatever. Sort of how it's 'disappointing' if there isn't a huue jump when the Rock shows up. Of course, if you dont advertise, you only get the hardcore no matter what fans. I remember they did a staced show early in the year I think when Bischoff announced 5 mathces the same week SD! had a PPV. RAW was way better. I meant it as on what grounds did Rhyno had a right to even look at the Chamber. Christian used to be there or thereabouts plus he has history with Jericho, Orton and Maven have a bit of a storyline together over the SurSer match, Shelton-HHH have a back story (which wasnt played up much) and Eugene (love him or hate him) was making waves around Vengence. At least people seem to accept Snitsky being a replacement for Viscera, although I see myself open to attack on that, due to the fact that your killing Snitsky. My point is that Regal and Snitsky have more of a right than Rhyno and Viscera did to be in the Chamber.

Very much agreed. He needs a huge blood feud. But were have the blood feuds of old been? The Hogan-Andre, the Austin-Rock and McMahon? Looking at the SD! roster, RVD and Booker T have lost their hearts, UT wont do it, JBL isnt good enough and TBS is Meh (although he ocassionaly pleasently surprisese you). That leaves Angle and Eddy. Who of the 2 would make the better heel as compared to Cena's face or tweaner (and I think Cena would better play a tweaner similar to Austins, who I dont consider a full blown face as Hogan).
  10. I got it from the way I interpreted your post. You dont have to spell anything out for me. I cant see a Batista reign lasting either, but in the longer run it does open up programme possibilites. I meant it as that they have been good to each others careers. By putting the crossface over as he did. Even JR did a good job that time. By putting him over maybe? I understand what your saying. The WWE needs a huge star. I dont see one though. Yes I do. When has there ever been a decent $$$-off recently in the WWE? I was refering to the Jericho-Christian cage match, and the OMG at WM. I mean it as he doesnt get the title till Bad Blood. 3 months later is Unforgiven. 2 months after that is SurSer.Thats a year in RAW PPVs according to my calculations. If its from Backlash, up to Unforgiven then. When he breaks from HHH he doesnt have to get the Title straight away. I was referring to the fact that I prefer Batistas character to Diesels and his ring work. Of course, the ideal is work and drawing, then work and overness. But who has achieved the ideal recently? All I am saying is that if, and its a big if, it could be done really well and I think that they should go for it. I do not mean it as any disrespect to you RavishingRickRudo, I am just giving my views.
  11. Who would the 3rd person be out of curiousity. I would love to see that, but I prefer Jericho as a face to Benoit's heel. I don't know, I haven't watched in so long that I need to go look at the roster. It needs to be a big bruiser type though. after looking at the roster and reading shit that Gene Snitzky guy looks pretty bad ass. Benoit could be going for the world title, Jericho for the IC, and since Snitzky appears to be new he could just escort them to ringside and beat the ever living hell out of people while the ref aint looking. Later on down the road they could have a face Batista vs Snitzky with Orton vs a heel Benoit and Jericho feuding with Benjamin. Then when Matt Hardy comes back they could do triple threats between Jericho, Benjamin, and Hardy with one of them being a ladder match. For a brief moment I didn't know who you were talking about and thought of Ted Turner throwing his employees in the Torture Rack. TBS = The Big Show. I thought Snitsky's funeral was supposed be on Monday.

I usually can't stand Coach on commentary but did anyone else feel that the show had a completely different feel/fresh feel to it when he was doing play by play by himself? I don't know if it's because it had been so long since I've heard a one man commentary, probably since Joey Styles, oh yeah, once when Tazz had to go solo due to Michael Cole running away from Heidenreich. I think one of my main problems with Raw right now, besides HHH and a poor creative team, is that the show needs freshened up and that includes disbanding JR and the King on commentary. At the very least, get Austin or someone in there as a third commentator. I'd like to see JR in a President of WWE camera role and Lawler could either host Kings Court or be a backstage interviewer. Put them together on PPV's from time to time perhaps. Yes, but who would you put. I remember hearing Austin comment Angle-Benoit's Steel Cage prior the KotR 3-way and thought he was very good. Jericho should comment when he retires, he does a class job of it. Flair is just fantastic on the mike.

    The New Era

    1) Cena's still arguably the 3rd most over wrestler in the company (behind The Rock, and The Undertaker) 2) Neither is JBL's. I'd rather see Cena with the strap, as a heel though, and see what he can do. 3) He has when he's been motivated to do so. The last feud he had that had some steam was the short, very short feud with Eddie Guerrero. They produced a decent match in ring, and a nice spot match in the latino parking lot brawl. Ever since the WWE stopped capitalizing on him, he's become stale, and doesn't seem to want to improve. Stick him with the right opponents, and he will put on a good match. Most of his matches today are against jobbers. All he does is have 2:00 minute squash matches nowadays. It's not going to happen when you put him up against Eddie, Kurt, and even Taker (he's had 2 good matches with him). I myself would like to see him on RAW to work with the Benoit's, HBK's, and HHH's of the world. He's not going to improve wrestling JBL and Carlito Cool. 4)Orton and Batista have had the luxury to work with HBK, Benoit, and HHH. They've also hung around with main eventers for a while. Cena's still facing Carlito for some odd reason. He hasn't faced a main eventer since Kurt Angle. He's still the future of the WWE in my eyes, but so far they've blown it, and seem to be milking him instead of elevating him. 1) Eddy, Jericho, HBK and Batista (at the moment) come before him for sure. 2) I think it can be. As Rudo said, he can get the crowd behind him. Unfortunately, I dont see the work ethic required for a long reign im afraid. JBL has acted the arrogant champion perfectly. His gimmick is spot on. He is refreshing. I love to hear him talk. When he was spluttering to Angle saying thats what you do every week was great. He is not that bad a worker either. 3) Can we stopping mixing up the rosters already. He can have good matches with a worker. The alternative, good booking maybe???? 4) Hell burn out soon, since Vince just sees merchandise $$$ and not ME status in him.
  15. He injured his neck back in the day, but as far as I know that's not what's keeping him from wrestling. When he retired, he said it was just because he lost the passion or something along that line. Yes, I heard that to. Said that winning the Tag Titles with Spike at MSG should have been a big thing for him but it didnt feel that way.

I watched it till the end. Was a bit cheesed at the way Benoit was treated. JR and The King killed it off for me. I was like, please multiple internal injuries, get them off TV. JR, you are no Gordon Solie. Wasnt Chrissy hot.
  17. Who would the 3rd person be out of curiousity. I would love to see that, but I prefer Jericho as a face to Benoit's heel. I cant see HHH going to SD! since RAW is his show. Would make life interesting thats for sure. Remember the pop he got after the draft. Yes, the torture rack, indeed. But isnt TBS using it?
  18. Fast approaching 7, 8 by the RR. Yes, that would work. I think the problem people have with Batista being Champ is that they cant think he can cut it as a face. From him though, less is more. The less he speaks, the more he squashes, the harder the odds, weak alliances here and there... Now thats saying something. Whats wrong with Tista being protected though? :S Isnt that the whole point of hoses, that they need to protected? I think that Benoit and Tista have been good to each other. People seem to forget that Tista made Benoit look credible in the run-up to WM and until SummerSlam. But true, no worker is better than Benoit. I mean he made A-Train look good for crying out loud. What is the answer. I would wait, let it stew more, seeds of deception. Tease it, but dont prolong it too far. I still think the payoff of Trish-Jericho was good, but was really pissed off at the time because I think they would be good together. WWE has a problem with timing. They have buried Cena due to dragging things out. I would strike while the iron is hot but it is considered as firefighting after Orton. He wont last, but wouldnt a good year from be a good for business? I think comparing him to Diesel is a bit unfair. Hes a better worker and talker for sure. Diesel was just blah.
  19. Hope you all prefer the method of my last post. Sorry, but I am still learning as I forget to type EDIT and the reason why, which was basically because I pressed the wrong button. I am going to give your 2 versions. The WWEs and Mine. I would say that the WWE is planning on HBK-Edge for the title, and a possible Evo 3-way. That means, Edge eliminates Jericho, Edge eliminates Benoit, gets in a scuff with HBK, Orton eliminates Edge after Sweet Chin Music, Batista accidently eliminates HHH (such as being taken out by a RKO and falls on HHH), then Orton finally eliminates Batista after kicking out of the Tista Bomb. This means we get HBK-Orton at the RR for the Title, since Orton won with HBKs help. Edge comes out to spear HBK. Then HHH but the ref stops him. Batista comes through the crowd and Tista Bombs Orton. This leaves everything free for the Boyhood Dream and Evo 3-way. I would prefer a Jericho-Benoit WM ME, Evo 4-way (or 3-way with Flair as Special Guest Referee) and HBK-Angle or Rock OR Jericho-Benoit WM ME, Batista-HHH with Flair as Special Guest Referee), Orton-Rock (battle of th 3rd generation superstars) and HBK-Angle or Edge. That means, Jericho and Benoit start and wrestle, HHH comes out, Jericho and Benoit seem to acknowledge that they have the least chance of winning it and form an alliance, Edge is next, then Orton and finally Batista. NO ELIMINATIONS YET. This is when things get interesting and uses all that has happened in the past weeks. Jericho and Benoit would have been going at for around 20 minutes and help each other when it comes to nearfalls, basically just surviving. Its a cluster-f**K. Edge inadvertenly knocks HBK which gets his back up. He recives a SCM for it with HBK shouting over him thats for TT and 6 weeks or my career. HHH gets the pin. Orton then RKOs Batista, after he has bombed both Jericho and Benoit, but he does so onto HHH who was just on the receiving end of a SCM (who kicks him for finding the Edge incident funny, then saying, I didnt do it for you, you moron) or a Jericho and Benoit double-team. HBK counts quickly. HHH then pedigrees Batista in rage, but breaks up Orton pinning him before the 3 count since he hates Orton even more and rather the strap stays with Evo. Orton gets a pedigree for good measure. JR and King then pimp it that its 3 faces ve 1 heel, and that all 6 men (7 including the ref) HATE each other and will stop at nothing to win the Title. Jericho and Benoit have been taken out are just lying in broken chambers and whatever. This brings the showdown of Orton-Batista. Staredown, bad mouthing, Flair going crazy at ringside. Clash of the titans, Batista gets pissed off and literally makes Orton his bitch. Quick RKO. Batista kicks out. Ortons spent. Batista screams that nows hes pissed off. Death clothesline, spinebuster and Tista Bomb. 1, 2, 3 ... Ortons out. Batista calls both Jericho and Benoit to take him on at once. They do beatdown but Batista resistance every now and then. All 3 men are dead. Jericho and Benoit put Batista in the Walls and Crossface a la Austin. After a while Batista taps. Leaves real pissed. Finds Flair outside who has a go at him. Batista goes balistic saying that it was Randys fault. This leaves Jericho and Benoit. After around 40 mins of action. Jericho looks to see Batista off. Smiling. Turns round. Eats a clothesline. DDT. Wildbomb into the Chamber wall. Delayed vertical into the bullet proof glass. Shoulder breaker on the steel between the chambers. Brainbuster across the chamber into the glass. JR: What is Benoit doing? Benoit would be saying enough is enough, any means necessary and I have had enough of not being world champion.Triple Germans. Swan Dive Head BUTT. Crossface or sharpshooter. HBK counts in awe. Next time on RAW, Benoit makes HHH his bitch, hence HHH-Batista make-up. Edge gets back at HBK costing him something, maybe another injury (downtime off TV, with HBK coming back and saying thats 2, now its your turn). A possible later Orton-Evo Reunion to face the new threats of a ruthless Benoit, distraught Edge and tweaner Kane? Motivation for Jericho to beat on all comers at the Rumble? Motivation for the Evo Match? Motivation for Edge-HBK? I think so.
  20. Benoit. Must. Turn. Heel. Cant see this happening. Brock connected with the fans in a much better way and did so more quickly. And that was Brocks gimmick, that he won the title in just 5 months. I dont really see it like that. Diesel was more a hoss to the cocky Michaels. Doesnt this just always seem to happen in the WWE so I dont see whats new here. Face a returning Brock maybe, if that was a concrete possibility maybe. This could work till Brocks supposed return. And it make sense. Wait. Sorry. Just saw the problem. WWE will never book this. I agree entirely with this point. Who has made the most with his first title run. But I think it should come after WM. Hes got people to feud with. HHH, Edge, Orton, Benoit, Jericho, HBK and Kane. How long have I been pimping an Evo 4-way at WM. I like the 3-way idea though. I think more its a case of Orton winning the EC. What may work was him then losing it to HBK at the RR, who then goes on to face Edge. Thats the only way I can see HBK-Edge at WM. I prefer an Evo 4-way, Jericho-Benoit for World Title and HBK-Rock. Or Batista-HHH, Jericho-Benoit for World Title, Orton-Rock and HBK-Angle (as a SD!, sort of after EC, HBK says that hes done everything on RAW and jumps ship at the RR). The 1st one please. Benoit's turn to turn, sinces hes been longer. And it should be for the HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE OF THE WORLD. Give them 45 mins. Yes, yes and yes. Just chuck it and see what sticks. Just not until after WM. Whats wrong with that? That would make more sense. But I still prefer Jericho-Benoit for the Title.
  21. Thank you.
