My buddies and I loved to play these games and so far nobody else has ever heard of them
Aerobiz and Aerobiz SuperSonic for the SNES
Tecmo's Deception for the PS1
Aerobiz had you and your buddies run airline companies and try to run the best airline. It was a very addictive game.
In their defense, part of their job is to make stories.
No it isn't. It is their job to report the stories, not to stir shit up. Case in point, look at them trying to make a story out of Bobby Knight a couple of weeks ago.
The Steelers also kept LT out of the end zone this season. However that makes what LT did even more amazing. He broke the record with three weeks to go and for 2 of the weeks this season he didn't even get into the end zone.
I didn't see this posted in the thread yet. For anyone interested, according to Bill Simmons and ESPN PAT F'N SUMMERALL is doing the announcing for the Cardinals-Rams game.
First of all that is fucking awesome since I am a Cardinals fan. 2nd of all. as a Cardinals fan, why in the hell is FOX wasting Pat in a peice of shit game like this?
I was curious about where we all live. Also, for some bizarre reason I was curious if I lived in the smallest town out of all of us.
I currently live and teach in a town of 1,100 people. I was curious where everyone else lived at.
In this situation I think that Webb overreacted. Bush knew that Webb had a son in Iraq, and was curious as to how he was doing. Webb gets over defensive in his response. Bush simply said that was not what he asked because he didn't want to get into that subject at the time. He just asked Webb how his boy was doing.
To me Webb was the one that overreacted. Bush was trying to simply start a conversation with a newly elected senator and Webb decided to make a big deal out of the simpe question.
Alan Scott along with the JSA has been retired quite a bit. One was when the JSA had to fight in Ragnarok for etirnity and they were brought back. The next was when he retired after the events of Zero Hour when the whole JSA was either de-aged or killed by Extant.
After that he eventually discovered that the power of the starheart was now eternalize and now longer needed the ring. That was when he became Sentinel.
After that though my knowledge of the whereabouts and history of Alan is foggy. I know he was in the JSA but I don't know much else to give you. The only other info was that I believe when they were battling Mordru, he retook the GL ring and once again became Green Lantern.
I hope this quick history helped you. If I am off slightly on the details I am sorry but I was at dart league tonight and had several drinks.
Yeah, that was me that hit the deer going about 65 mph. Put a nice dent on the car and in my wallet at $2600. Thank goodness insurance covered most of it.
I just watched "For the Man who has everything" and that is easily one of my favorite episodes that Timm and Co. ever made. Three scenes made the epsidoe for me
1. Superman telling Mongul to burn is so dark and chilling
2. Batman saying that what ever dream the black mercy was giving Mongul was to good for him.
3. Superman telling his son that none of this is real.
bonus time was seeing the origin of Batman in the alley that fateful night.
I really was unsure as to whether Rudi would run for the presidency. He easily has the best name recognition out of possible canidates the Republicans can run.
