How can the Cardinals have a worse OL then the Texans?

The old school NES playing Baseball Stars with my friends. We each would create a team with the players in the majors we liked and make them the best they could be. Tecmo Super Bowl 3 for SNES. Having four friends play as the teams from the same divison to see who would make the playoffs. Tecmo's Deception for the PS1. Was a great because you got to capture or kill people as an agent for the devil. Ahhh Good times.

Has anyone bought one of these things? You can supposedly play your old NES game cartridges on them, however, My coverter is too loose and the game won't properly fit on the converter. Now this is what the system looks like, so if anyone has one that works can they give me some pointers on what to try? I appreciate any help that I could get.
