  1. Sorry, but lovecraft is gone, and most likely never coming back.
  2. I'm going back to college Sunday. Wish me luck.
  3. Me too Me three.
  4. Dread Central has an audio interview with George Romero. Oh, he wants to do a new, independent entry in the Dead series called "Diary of the Dead", which takes place on the same night as "Night of the Living Dead". Oh, and he's going to be doing a comedic animated series for mobile phones featuring a zombie going after a hot chick.
  5. Try this: eat potatop chips, then some bananas. It's great.
  6. I knew a kid back in 5th grade who had a huge crush on her. Still does.
  7. Best thread title in months.
  8. The thrilling dialogue of a EHME thread.
  9. When CronoYasha thinks a joke tries too hard, then you know you did something wrong.
  10. I still think that he looks like Joe Lieberman.
  11. Muppet is an insult now? Missed the memo on that one. I don't know why, but I always pictured Grover as being black if he were human... No way Lushus. Rolf or Hoots the Owl would be black if they were human.
  12. You feel dumb? I started this abomination of a thread. How do you think that makes me feel?
  13. It's things like this that make me love the internet.
  14. I always hated "Tears From Heaven". Also, I heard "All of my Love" earlier today, and whike it's somewhat better than I remembered it to be, it still feels hurt by the dated synths, which sound too much like something bloated groups like ELP.
  15. Well, then never mind then. Thanks for letting me know. Personally, I always thought "Coda" was the worst Zeppelin album. Sure, it's a leftovers album, but it still isn't a good album. "Wearing and Tearing" is the worst thing they ever recorded. "Presence" is a very hit and miss affair. "Tea For One" is too meandering, and "Candy Store Rock" is too generic, and while I like "Nobody's Fault But Mine" more than Czech, I do agree that it could use a little trimming. "Achilles Last Stand", "For Your Life", and "Royal Orleans" are good though.
  16. Nobody fucking cares. Seriously, I hate these fucking threads. "Oh no, 50 and Diddy have beef". I don't give a shit, and neither does anybody else. Remember De La Soul? How about The Roots? MF Doom? Mr. Lif? Ghostface Killah? I never see fucking threads about them, because 1.) They aren't media attention whores, and 2.) actually have talent. Fuck these shitty "who 50 is feuding with" and "who runs the rap game" threads, because they are useless. Until we get threads about Hip Hop that doesn't suck, then I will give a damn. A MF Doom once said: "Rap these days is like a pain in the neck"
  17. Ain't it though? I hope pointless fueds break out between bands nobody gives a fuck about, then Fred Durst can come in a diss all of them and claim he fucked all the bitches involved. I'd be entertained by that. Fred Durst is still around?
  18. I always try.
  19. Personally, I never liked "All Of My Love", as it sounds a bit too much like they were runing out of ideas. "In The Evening", "Carouselambra", "Hot Dog", and "I'm Gonna Crawl" are great though. I agree with Czech on the dated synths though.
  20. Honestly, people talking about fucking Evanescence on this board makes no sense to me. At least it's not another "who runs the rap game" thread.
  21. "Ask me about Astro Boy. If you don't, I'll just post a bunch of Astro Boy pictures and talk to myself online"
  22. Actually, I enjoyed "The Omega Man" for what it was. Plus, Heston dies. You can never go wrong when Heston dies. And actually, the worst part about this is all the slash fiction that will surface. Depp and Smith as the last men on earth? That's the real god damn horror. I once found "Dawn of the Dead" (the Romero original) slash fiction. Hell, it's practically a golden internet rule: whatever you like, some fanboy or fangirl will find some way to ruin it for you with porn.
  23. I remember being 15 at K-Mart seeing two girls fighting. And I really do mean fighting. They where screaming, kicking, punching, cursing, and at one point, one of the girls (they were both blonde) takes a sandle, and smacks the other girl across the head with it. And by "smacked her across the head", I mean smacked her across the head so hard you could hear it throughout the store. Security broke it up, but it was something else.
