There's "The Price Is Right". The only thing that's keeping this show alive is the fact that Bob Barker hasn't died yet. Not a single thing has changed in 30 years. Seriously, name another show where a woman caresses an object ( let's say a bottle of Centrum ) during its description ?

Even if Jason X sucked, the "head in liquid nitrogen" death is one of my favorite. Not as great as the sleeping bag one, or even a good ol' fashionned axe to the head, but a great one nonetheless.

I usually do my game shopping on eBay, and since I'm generally two or three years behind in gaming, I pay maybe 10 to 15 bucks a game. I rarely go to EB, maybe one time every three months or so. Their trade-ins are worthless, and I'm not talking about trading old games. In the last year and a half, I only bought three games at full-price and I have returned one of them. They offered me $37 for a game that costed me twice as much with taxes. I sold it on eBay for $60. And there's the old "I can assure you that this is a new game, even though the shrink wrap is missing and there's fingerprints on the disc" deal. There was one time I spent nearly five minutes arguing with the clerk about the fact that I wanted one of the wrapped games behind the counter instead of the used one on the shelves that they were passing as new. What's the deal with this ?

* I'll use spoilers tags, just in case....* By the looks of the previews it looks like . Any guess on who this is ? Are they getting rid of the dead weight remaining ? would make sense, but it would mean the end of the most interesting character on the show. And, on a side note, I'm glad that fat-ass couldn't make the break. Just like Tweener, Michael practically gave him a free ride on the escape.

I'm a fan of wrestling, but any fan can tell that most the the time, wrestling is ridiculous. For any great wrestling match or moment, you'll have ten times a stupid angle or character. Here are the major things I heard people say when they criticize wrestling : - It's fake. - It's gay, two muscular oiled-up men touching each other. - The characters are ridiculous. For the mainstream viewer, wrestlers aren't characters like Steve Austin or The Rock, they're gimmicks like Hulk Hogan fighting Nikolai Volkoff and the Iron Sheik. - Some of the storylines appeal to the lowest common denominator and are downright embarrassing. When you see HHH screwing Katie Vick or Mae Young showing her fake boobs, are you telling your friends this is the reason you watch wrestling ? Wrestling isn't without its great moments, but the majority of fans can't tell the difference between work and shoot. They don't know why Guerrero and Benoit celebrating at WMXX or Ric Flair returning in '98 is a great wrestling moment. The boom during '97-'01 was a fad that was short-lived, just like all the other fads in the past years like Pokemon, Backstreet Boys or Tamagotchi. Wrestling was considered cool, but things can't stay cool forever.

I wasted five minutes of my time and went on the GameFAQs boards....the fanboy-talk there is so retarded, I can't believe there are actually adults in those discussions. I'm actually tempted to buy, for the first time, a console at launch. The price hasn't been revealed, but I suppose it will cost the same as the Gamecube. The new Super Smash Bros. game is the icing on the cake. Solid Snake must be able to snap some necks. ( even though I'm not sure how he'll do it to Kirby or Jigglypuff.... ) As for ideas for guest stars, along with Sonic, Mega Man, I'm going with Simon Belmont.

I watched half of the Nintendo conference ( I left when they talked about the DS ). So far, Wii looks good. Mario and Zelda looks interesting, Metroid Prime 3 looks about the same as if it was on Gamecube, but it was only a short video. I'm disappointed about the fact that no details were given on their retro-gaming thingy. I didn't see the Sony conference, I just read articles on the controller and MSG4. There's an uproar on how Sony stole Nintendo's controller, but eventually, all controllers will become that way. Edit : Dragon Warrior on launch day, woohoo !

Of course it's all about the money. After these DVDs, he will release the Ep. I-II-III boxset and, a year or two after that, he will release the complete Star Wars set with Ep. I through VI. I own the 1997 special edition and it's still in good condition, I won't pay again for movies that I already have. The major complaint with the special edition was Greedo shooting before Han. I think that seeing Hayden Christensen instead of Sebastian Shaw is a much bigger crime.

Once again, tonight's episode was great. I'm rooting for Avocado to get revenge on Tweener before the finale. Only 3 more episodes left. It's just speculation, but by the looks of the previews, does it looks like . I didn't read the spoilers at the beginning of the page, so maybe something related to that may have been said...or maybe not.

The one thing I didn't liked in the Hogan turn was the "Whose side is he on ?!" / "What do you mean whose side is he on ?" from Heenan and Schiavone. Other than that it was perfect. I'm going also with the WM XX finale. Seeing Benoit in the ring with Eddie was a genuinely great moment. I'm a mark too for the reaction Ric Flair gets after Arn Anderson reform the Horsemen in 1998.

Vince's program with Hogan in 2003, most of Smackdown's 2003 was Evil Vince vs Face of the month. Like Drury said, Vince's feuds go on for way too long.

A Vince McMahon DVD would sell, but it would have so much BS on it that Hogan himself would say that Vince exaggerates. It would be more like The History of american wrestling, as seen by Vince McMahon than a proper biography. Anyway, the title would surely be something like "Vince McMahon : Kiss my Ass" and the cover would be a photo of Vince with his pants down. As for other DVDs, I'd like to see a Rise and Fall of WCW and a proper 3-Disc Monday Night War DVD. The first one would be the main feature and one disc for both Raw and Nitro with the greatest matches and moments.

I always wanted to go to a ECW show at the ECW Arena, the people there seem to be so insane it's gotta be one hell of an experience. I always go to the shows in Montreal. It's always a good crowd and the reactions, depending on the quality of the show, are huge. Some highlights from my live experiences : - The two monster ovations we gave to Hogan. - The "You screwed bret" chants at Vince in the first TV show we had since SS97. - The birth of the "TWO!" chants. - The return of Austin at NWO 2003, the building was shaking. - The nuclear heat we gave Shawn Michaels last summer....and the "Your pussy stinks" chant too

Not the greatest wrestlemania, not the worst. I think the PPV was better than it had any right to be. My pick for MotN goes to the hardcore match, followed by the woman's title. The 3-way could have been it, but it was way too short. The stupid shit they put in made the PPV: the hall of freaks, the Boogeyamn stuff, the entrances for the main-event.... I want HHH the Barbarian to be a regular feature. Put the people he buried to be his servants and worshippers. The only thing that could beat it is putting Triple H crucified on a cross and rising to the heavens, Jennety-style. Kudos to the one who made the finish as a tap-out, that's the new kind of heel heat. And, unles they start building Hogan-Austin tonight and continue throughout the year, there'sno way they're gonna sell out Ford Field legit.

There are some crazy numbers in there......I've read in an interview that Bradshaw always made more money in the stock market than with his salary, but I had no idea he made $700k + per year. Wonder how he made when he was still Justin Hawk or an Acolyte. Speaking of internet rumors, I've heard some stuff about Hogan : like nowadays when Hogan does a PPV, no matter where his spot is on the card, he'll always be the one with the highest payoff for the night. I also read that for a Wrestlemania (maybe IV or V), the average payoff for a wrestler was something like $3 000 except for Hogan, who made more than a million. Are any of these true ?

Nobua Uematsu has done a tremendous job on the FFs he has done. For me, Final Fantasy VI has the greatest soundtrack of all-time. Terra's and Celes' themes, the opera, Dancing Mad and the ending medley with all of the characters' themes, it's incredible. Even though I think most FFs are overrated games, the series has the best music heard in video games. Other game soundtracks/music I like : - Super Metroid - Sonic 1 through S&K - The Dragon Warrior series - The Lunar games - Streets of Rage 1 & 2 - Mega Man 2 - Contra - The main theme from Halo and the music in the first episode of Doom. - The Legend of Zelda theme. I'll also add the Ballad of the Windfish in Link's Awakening since it was the first Zelda game I played when I was 8....it made me shed a fucking tear at the end, ha !
