This is a past his prime(if he ever really had a prime) Jeremy Horn we are talking about... Nathan should be able to keep the fight on his feet and batter Horn until eventually stopping him. This shouldn't be a tough fight at all for Nate, especially since he's had more time to prepare.

Problay because it was a shock to see Goldberg lose... Kurt Angle got a huge pop after he beat The Rock for the title at No Mercy 2000. Doesn't nessecary mean that the majority of fans hated The Rock, and loved Kurt Angle. He got a pop because of the shock of him winning.

I'm almost positive that there was a "Goldberg sucks" chant during his I Quit match with Sid at Mayhem in Toronto. Maybe from the older crowd, but children loved Goldberg, atleast here in Calgary. Goldberg was always huge among the younger crowd, I remember his popularity being dead even with Austin when I was a kid.

Leonard Garcia also makes his WEC debut on this card against Hiroyuki Takaya. Good move by ZUFFA by sending Garcia to the WEC. Mark Hominick also fights Josh Grispi.

Suprisingly I agree with you. Goldberg was still over at that point, and if it was Booker T, Benoit, Jericho, Guerrero, or even Scott Steiner who would've ended the streak, it would've been a much bigger rub.

Also add giving Kevin Nash creative control and had him only benefiting him. Him going over Goldberg at Starcade 98 and ending his streak was the most selfish thing he could've done. Nash at that point was already an established main eventer, and didn't need to go over Goldberg. The best booking would've had someone who could've benefited from ending Goldberg's streak.

I'll order anything with BJ Penn in it...
