Those things could eat a whale in one bite. Can you imagine swimming back in the prehistoric time and turn around and see that humongous mouth opening up and ready to swallow you. It must have been like looking into the mouth of hell. The Megalodon probably wouldn't even notice if it ate an octopus. It would just suddenly get a bitter taste in it's mouth. I wonder if there are any still out there...somewhere.
