  1. Matthew McConaughey seemed happy.
  2. Vick's offense in college was different then the one Young is in. Young's entire college career is basically the Zone Read play, that's all Texas runs. That works fine in College but it won't work in the NFL. Teams are far too fast and smart to be fooled by it. Another thing that won't work is his "Scramble around, run to one side of the field and then throw it all the way across to the other side" thing.
  3. I don't like Martz in Detroit. I mean it would fit with their current tradition of being shitty, but I don't think that offense fits him. He's always had those smaller quick guys like Torry Holt and Issac Bruce, Detroit has 3 big and not relatively fast guys in Mike and Roy Williams, and Charles Rogers.
  4. Why do people keep keep acting like USC is some thuggish, arrogant school with a bunch of cocky athletes? You act like they are the Miami Hurricanes or something. I can't ever recall a USC player talking trash about an opponent or disrespecting an opponent or their fans by flipping them off or doing ridiculous TD dances. They get a really bad rep for no reason. Yes, Leinart acted bitchy tonight, but he just lost the biggest game of his career and immedietly got 100 cameras shoved in his face. It's hard to say how you should react to that. He's a very humble guy, he was just pissed. I can understand that.
  5. So do you think USC would've had a better chance if they gave Bush the rock? I'm not sure, I mean if he had gotten 20 touches I think they would have had a much better chance of winning. They should have ran the ball more with not just Bush, but Lendale White.
  6. I wouldn't exactly say Reggie was shut down. He had 13 carries for 82 yards and a TD. Any RB would be more then happy with that in 13 carries. He just didn't get the ball in his hands enough.
  7. Here's my top 5 for next year.. 1.) Texas 2.) Ohio State 3.) Notre Dame (if Quinn stays) 4.) USC (moves up to 2 if White stays) 5.) Miami
  8. Dwayne Jarrett rules. Plus, a black guy named Jarrett is always rare, which adds to his coolness.
  9. I think that's a catch and fumble.
  10. Welcome to the game, Reggie.
  11. This is living up to the hype.
  12. Lendale White is a hoss.
  13. Well last year they had Ashlee Simpson's legendary performance in the National Championship Halftime show, so they're getting a little better.
  14. I guess you missed that pass Leinart threw to David Kirtman on the first drive. It was beautiful
  15. OJ isn't there unless he bought a ticket.
  16. Well yes at some point the ratings will drop, but the crowd has been reacting to him like that since his feud with Chris Jericho way back during Summerslam and things are still working. The only guy really worth dropping it to now anyway is Kurt Angle, and there's no face on RAW for him to defend it against besides Shawn Michaels, and I doubt they'll start feuding again. Cena could hold the title at least a little past Wrestlemania, IMO.
  17. He's still selling merchandise, he's still getting people to come to the shows, and the TV ratings have been fine under his title reign. Obviously, fans enjoy his matches one way or the other, whether it's because they want to see him lose or they want to see him win, people clearly tune into see him do SOMETHING and are extremely vocal during his matches. If a guy can get that kind of reaction on a weekly basis, there's no reason to take the title off him.
  18. Your suggestion for champion is much better, I can't believe I didn't think of that. Thanks for the input! oh no, burn. a wrestling burn. i could care less who is champion. your logic just seemed sorta silly. I suggested the guy who's getting the hottest crowd reactions and has the crowd totally involved in his matches should remain champion. What is so silly about that?
  19. Your suggestion for champion is much better, I can't believe I didn't think of that. Thanks for the input!
  20. I finally have a reason to watch Smackdown again.
  21. I hope we get another creepy shot of Vince holding the new baby at the Wrestlemania 22. Sounds like a horrible show. Well that sucks. I hope the WWE is just trying to be lenient to see if guys go back on, and then start surprising them with tests, but I doubt it.
  22. It was horrible. It just sounded like random coked out rants from him, with a few songs that nobody has ever heard of mixed in. Then he brings in his 90 year old uncle and interviews him for an hour. Just awful. I heard Adam Carolla's new show this morning and it was much better.
  23. Because they have the heart of a champion, and tons of desire. Bill Belichick is the smartest person in the history of the world, and remember you can never count out Tom Brady!!! He will slice up defenses like a surgeon, because he gives it 110% and leaves it all out on the field. I wonder how many hits Tedy Bruschi will get against Jacksonville? I'm guessing around 100.
  24. One thing I noticed was during the WWE Unlimited (which they also showed on RAW) after the HBK-Kane match was the interviewer pointed out to Shawn while he was on the ramp.."well what are you going to do now, knowing that nobody who's entered the Elimination Chamber first has ever won it" It seems like everytime they throw out a stat like that, it usually happens at the PPV.
  25. I just came to this realization about one second ago, but Cena truely gets the hottest crowd reactions on RAW. Whether people are booing or cheering him, nearly every match he has is awesome because the crowd is SO into it. I mean shit, Shelton Benjamin got the biggest crowd reaction of his entire career last week, just because he was wrestling John Cena. And I think we all heard how hot the crowd was tonight for the Angle-Cena match, and it's been like that since Cena was feuding with Jericho.
