  1. I think colon cancer would trump that hand. I don't feel any pain - my stomach cramped up last night but that might have been because I ate a shitload of Triscuits. I'm going to refrain from eating for the time being and try to shit again tonight. If the condition hasn't improved, I'll go to the doctor tomorrow.
  2. The first time it happened to me was 2 weeks ago. I didn't think anything of it. This morning after going I wiped and there was blood. During that sitting I shit normally, then in the next wave it was bloody shit, then regular shit with no blood. 8 hours later I come home from work and shit what looked like bloody diarrhea which was bright red. That's what has me worried. On New Year's Eve I drank for the first time in almost a year (2 drinks), so that might have something to do with it.
  3. Apparently since the blood is bright red in color, it's not from internal bleeding. Most likely it's an anal fissure (tear) or a hemmorroid. All sites say I should see a doctor immediately.
  4. That hasn't happened recently. I'm still trying to figure out what's causing it.
  5. I believe a higher power, be it God or something else, influenced the creation of mankind through evolution. In escence, I think the development of humans from simple organisms to their current state couldn't have been done by chance. Like you, I haven't really indulged in bible study since Sunday School, which I last attended when I was 13. Could the teachings of Christ be true? Sure. But I just find it hypocritical that most people are taught to shun past and foreign civilizations that are polytheistic or have other religious beliefs. Nobody will ever know for sure why we're really here. Might as well pick a religion and stick with it.
  6. How many times has he said it tonight, I need to update the counter.
  7. 2005 game of the year on January 1st. I love it.
  8. Bingo.
  9. The one he's talking about may not be. There's a plug and play thing and they showed it on TV that everybody is returning. The controller looks similiar to that of the N-64. ...and that emulates NES games.
  10. How about playing the original game with a MAME emulator for free? I've got Ms. Pac Man already. The whole point of this TV plug & play is that you can play it...on your TV. So, if it's going to cost 15-20 bucks for a shitty version of what you have just so you can play it on your TV screen, I'd say you can do a hell of a lot better. Dames I have an old Pentium II PC dedicated to MAME. Good stuff. And I also received my Namco controller as a gift. I know a family friend whose father bought the Ms. Pac-Man one off QVC for $34.99 last month. I tried not to laugh. But you have to realize the older generation is keen for practicality. I've tried to explain emulation to people over the age of 40. They don't get it.
  11. What are you talking about? These are officially released by Namco. I have the original Pac-Man controller and I still play it once in a while. The emulation is a bit off, but still quite good. Controller only goes in 4 directions, which makes Bosconian hard as hell to play. Still, for 15-20 bucks you could do worse.
  12. Yeah, those bastard cops trying to enforce traffic laws. Who do they think they are?
  13. Just noticed - the bottom right pic in the cluster of independent arena pictures looks like the Manhattan Center. Perhaps that's the setup WWE told the developers they would be using for the ECW Pay Per View?
  14. Did Martz refer to himself in the third-person, or is that just phrased weird?

  16. Chevy Chase (1975): "You know the Holocaust never happened. It's a lie perpetrated by the Jews who run this country." Banky?

  18. No, I think Mein Kampf takes that honor. Hitler refused to present the medal to Owens - Owens still got the medal, just not from Hitler.
  19. You mean in America? A guy from the National Weather Service was on TV earlier saying the last time a Tsunami hit the US was in the 1920's, and that incident along with all prior reported Tsunamis only resulted in low-level flooding - no deaths. So now everybody will be all "are we prepared AT HOME for a Tsunami?" when the odds of one occuring and causing damage to the extent we've seen in the past few days is extremely low.

    NFL Week 16

Denver - they would have the better conference record.
