  1. Nixon was a dick in public too Better analogy (not that I support it) would be Bill Clinton: charismatic and friendly to the public, but rumored to be ruthless in private I think the bolded word sums it up nicely. You can't be Clinton. He was straight. Haw haw, how original. When should I break out the Batman/Robin homosexual fantasy jokes?
  2. He's not a mod. From what I was told, he's clearing out the accounts with 0 posts. It's only temporary.
  3. To quote Ron Simmons... "Damn." Austin's long been a favorite of mine, dating back to the feud with Chris Adams in Dallas. I will agree that he had grown very stale, and when they tried to make him into the GM/Sheriff/whatever just to keep him on TV, I really wasn't into it much. Still, it didn't make me hate the guy. I know he won't show up in TNA, but there is no way he's done in wrestling. He'll either make a mint in Japan, or him, Goldberg, the NWO gang, and others will start up a promotion, and will get some type of deal based solely on the name value of all involved.
  4. We'd make quite the clique, I'd say that much. Just have a camera follow us around, and we could be the next hit reality show.
  5. I understood the sarcastic part, fear not. No Power Puffs were needed. As for the "moron" incident, glad we can at least agree on some things these days.
  6. OK, I'll have to remember that. Now howsabout the MLW debacle? I WANT ANSWERS, FLIK! NOW!
  7. OK, that wasn't random. That was that person being a moron. I called a spade a spade, and it ended there because when someone is that lame with a comeback, you know there'll be no getting through to them. Plus why clutter the WWE forum with an argument over how stupid a comeback was? You made it sound like I walked into threads, said "Hey, moron." and left.
  8. When did I randomly call someone a moron?

  10. You can? Is this with an update or something? I was Wildside one time and no one would sign a written deal with me. As for the stealing, it makes it more realistic, so I don't mind it. Makes your rise to the top mean something when you overcome it. Question: Why is it so tough to raise PI when playing as MLW? I put on good shows for cult level, and I still wind up dropping off.
  11. "Hi mama, it's me." That sentence opens up our scene, as we see SWF newcomer Todd Cortez, also known by the nickname of the "Urban Legend", inside his hotel room. Holding a silver Motorola flip phone up to his ear, Cortez lays back on his bed, knocking his bag off of it. "So...did you see it? You did? Yes, yes it was, mama. I didn't think so either, but what can I say, you know? No, stop it, you know I'm just playin'!" While we can't hear the voice of Todd's mother on the other end, one would assume that they are discussing Todd's SWF debut this past week, which resulted in Todd and partner Mike Van Siclen capturing the SWF Tag Team Championship. "Mike? Yeah, he's all right I suppose. No problems yet. How are you doin', though? We can't just talk about me this whole time! Really? That's good. How're Lisa and Damon doing? Was he all excited about big brother being on TV? Haha, that boy's gonna be dropping my name all over that school now." Suddenly, the "THUD" of the hotel room door swinging open and crashing against the wall distracts Todd from his conversation. He turns around, and in comes his tag team partner, and now roommate during SWF tours, Mike Van Siclen. "What are you doing, man? Get off the phone! Have you seen the girls by the pool today?" asks the man who is not high on the list of many of the SWF faithful. "Excuse me, but I'm on the phone." "Man, f**k the phone. I'm saying we hit that pool NOW!" Cortez's eyes widen. "Mama, hold on one second, OK. Thank you." Cortez lays the phone down on the dresser, and turns to Van Siclen. Mike stretches a sly smirk across his face, but before another word can exit his mouth, Cortez grabs him by the hair, leads him into the bathroom, and shuts the door. "Now you listen to me." says Cortez, looking the man he shares the SWF Tag Titles with directly in the eyes. "I don't know you. I don't trust you. All I know is that I did a favor for a friend. When Thompson couldn't come in and help you out, he got me in. I've been waiting for a break like this for a long time, and I wasn't going to pass it up. I didn't know if you and I had a chance the other night. I felt like they were throwing me to the wolves, but we made it, and now we've gotta represent this company. I don't know about you, but that's not a game to me." "But..." Van Siclen tries to get a word in edge-wise, but Todd continues. "Now Mike, I'm an honorable man. I will travel up and down these roads with you and defend those belts. I will do my best to make something of my time here, but I want to make one thing clear. I do not answer to you. I do not follow your lead. I am my own man, and I will follow my own path. If you're in trouble, I'll be there for you. I'm your partner. Although, if you go out causing a ruckus and thinking I'm gonna save your ass just because you ran your mouth to the wrong person, think again. I'm not here to be anyone's savior. I'm here to be a champion. I'm here to make my family proud, and I will not be held accountable for the actions of others, partner or not. Is that clear?" "Crystal." quips Van Siclen. "I just figured you might want to go out and have a good time. I'm trying to break you in, that's all." "Well you picked a bad time." "C'mon man, who's so important on that phone that you can't call them back?" "My mama." With that, Van Siclen shuts up and backs off from Todd, not confronting him about it anymore. Cortez opens the door to the bathroom, and walks back into the main portion of the room, swiping his phone up from the dresser. "Hi mama, sorry about that. It was just those room service people, they don't know when to leave you alone." Van Siclen, who is heading out of the room, stops and turns around. He and Todd look at each other, and Mike just chuckles to himself before shutting the door behind him, leaving Todd to continue his conversation.
  12. ::Sprays Caboose with AXE, since his breath still smells like shit from the shoe-fetching.::
  13. Happy Birthday man. I give you the gift of rhythym, so that you may go get your freak on.
  14. Not necessarily true. I once had someone in the midcard (I want to say Sick Nick Mondo) stolen from my MLW game.
  15. I had a friend that worked at one of those booth's in the mall with the wacky slippers. So I have a giant pair of slippers that are made to look like sneakers. I rock 'em when I'm around the house.
  16. Both of my things are in GCF, PFL. OK?
  17. But I didn't put my shoes on, I just had you fetch them. I'm still in my slippers that look like monkeys.
  18. The point of me telling you to fetch my shoes is so that you put your mouth on your own shit. Dunce.
  19. The Tox Box (FINALLY~!) which is Toxic Avenger 1, 2 and 3, plus a disc of "Toxic Crusaders: The Movie" which is from the old animated series.
  20. ::Tells Caboose to fetch his shoes. Caboose obliges like a good little boy.::
  21. ::Whacks Caboose with rolled up newspaper.::
  22. I think Franchise Player only works best when you have high charisma and high stat in at least two of the three abilities, plus maybe Superstar Look. Flik would know more than I.
  23. I don't know man...Caleb has evolved into more of a dick than before. And if he's blackmailing Marissa, you KNOW Ryan's going to have something to say about it, and that Sandy would back him up.
  24. Egomaniac. Or if you wanted to make him into kind of the silent, brooding type, why not Ice Man, which I believe stems from Malenko's Ice Man gimmick of "talking in the ring". It worked on Ace Steel with me.
