Personally, I'm glad Kennedy got out of this one. He's way too good to be wasted in a fucking McMahon angle. Now we can put all this lame ass shit behind us and move on.

Continuity!

Is it called the Jeter?

I work with the producer/cinematographer, so I'll be checking it out. Glad to hear good things.

Beckett the first to 18 wins, striking out 8 through 7IP.

Couple of Season 7 spoilers.

People bitch about Bonds and Giambi for getting caught doing stuff we can test for. At this point, nobody has a god damn clue what to do about HGH. I spent the morning listening to Bill Romanowski talking about HGH. He came off like a god damn Harvard scholar.

That's a good point- I can think of a number of threads in LSD that started off harmless enough then turned into WP threads. The question is, should one get more or less credit for highjacking a thread?

You've still got a long way to go to catch up to Leena.

Give it another week.

Just don't call yourself during dinner. That's so annoying.

A good ol' fashioned shit show in Boston tonight.

Saw the second half of Buchholz at a bar with my buddy. Great moment for the kid. Pedroia is dirty. That's the farm for you.

What an embarrassing series. No killer instinct, losing Ramirez. Awful.

No love for Meredith. Too bad. I love alcoholism.

They've been against good offensive teams, but his last three starts have been terrible. That being said, I'd still probably throw him out there over Kei Igawa. Yanks will just have to hope they can benefit from the altered playoff schedule and trot out Wang/Pettite/Clemens.

And Henn's eight hits? How many of those should've been outs?

I'm all for Scrubs, but wtf?

Raw is in Boston tonight? Shit. I should go. -
That weather was pretty ridiculous. Downed trees crushing cars, tornado warnings, etc. Had I known I was bringing the apocalypse with me, I would've gone somewhere else. Like Milwaukee. Fortunately, it got really nice as the weekend progressed. A good weekend in a solid city.

To visit friends, family and watch the Sox play the Sox. What else should I see?

Asante Samuel reported to Patriots camp today.

Which really makes me wonder why they felt they needed Eric Gagne in the first place. I believe Okajima is now way over his career highs for innings, plus they've made it a point to not overwork Papelbon. They felt like they needed another righty setup guy, and since Delcarmen is inconsistent and for the most part unproven, Gagne was the best option. There's also something to be said for keeping him away from the Yankees, and with 3-4 pitching prospects ahead of Gabbard and too many outfield prospects, the deal made sense. In hindsight, despite his rocky start, I still would've pulled the trigger on Gagne. Edit: So basically everything Cheech said.

Looks good. I'll check it out.
