I found Aviator to be pretty damn slow at parts whilst Departed moved along at a better clip. Still wouldn't put either above Gangs of the ones you also listed, though.

Four picked up near the end but it was tough to watch for the first while because of the Strike Team not being together and Lem only being around sporadically. Add in the fact that Rawlings wasn't exactly Aceveda in terms of opposition to Vic and I'd probably call this the "worst" of the seasons, which of course means it still rocked but nowhere near as much as the others. Though I would put Antwon Mitchell behind Armadillo in terms of the best heel the show has ever had. If Margos had stuck around longer he might take 'Twons spot but he didn't.

I'm still not completely buying Locke sabotaging the rescue effort. Possibility? Sure but that's as much as I'll acknowledge. How are we supposed to take the bird thing seriously when the bird likely set down in the water a few miles offshore of the island to rest/feed and the note was likely ruined? They could've at least made an attempt at showing Charlie and Claire figure out a way to keep the note safe and dry. Or if Sayid was around have him build a homing beacon thingy out of a cell phone and coconut and attach it to the bird.

If Locke blew up the house to intentionally stay on the island then why did next weeks preview show him telling Ben that he wants the sub?

That's about as "meh" episode as you're going to get, unless the bird with the tag magically somehow plays a big part in a big plot. Nothing outright awesome but nothing so shitty that it would make it a bad episode. Good ending but I wanted to see Jack celebrating like he was Deon Sanders or barring that, Randy Moss. I have faith for next week, though. Locke-based episode and those so are proven to be the most quality, unless somebody feels like challenging that and losing the ensuing argument.

Buy DVD plz. FWIW, I went through YouTube, DailyMotion and all the usual places. Nobody has it up. Poney up the dough, surely Stout/Fisher in DVD quality is worth owning?

I've been randomly going through the first four seasons in anticipation of my purchase of season five coming out later this month. Shane threatening to rape Freeway's girlfriend in season two if she didn't dime him out is some harshly awesome shit.

Try watching the fight on mute. Seriously, try it. I thought Forrest won the fight too when I saw it the first time but take away the crowd and the combo of Bonnar/Rogan/Goldie very obviously being biased against Tito and you'll see that Tito takes it. Doesn't run away with it mind you, but takes it. The first round can be argued as a 10-8 and Forrest's punches in the second and third didn't hurt Tito as much as the commentary/crowd would lead you to believe. Still, a close fight but I think Tito at 100% pounds Forrest out before going to a decision.

Bisping is a bigger name because of the England thing and Arlovski and Cro-Cop are as well known, if not more so. No rumours on who's replacing him yet but he should thank whatever God he prays to because Lyoto would've likely brutalized him worse then Jardine.
