Good idea, Rudo. Benoit beating Lesnar in a non-title match on SD would put some major heat on their feud. What would I do? Simple: Filter out the crap. Make sure that only the best matches make the PPV. Make each PPV seem important, like have wrestlers fighting just to get on the PPV. Put over the fact that a wrestler can go from being a nobody to a somebody just by putting on a great performance on live PPV.

Oh, for God's sake don't even fucking start on how "pre quad HHH was the best in the world" or any of that shit. The guy had some good matches in 2000. That's it. I've said it before and I'll say it again, if getting carried by Austin, Jericho, Foley and Benoit constitutes greatness, then HHH in fact was great in 2000. But he really wasn't.

Puro is STILL pro wrestling. It's still a work. They still have gimmicks and gimmick matches there too. Japan isn't some foreign planet or anything. Different builds? For every puro wrestler I can guarantee you that there is an American wrestler with the same build. You can hardly fault them because their training is better and they're harder workers. Methinks somebody feels a little threatened that their Yankee wrestlers may get routed by the Can-Jap Alliance. Mexico may come later. We're not sure.

WWE.com has Show/Lesnar vs Benoit/Angle down for Smackdown, as well as Eddy Guerrero taking on the Bashams by himself for the Tag Championships. Expect Eddy to loose this one and Chavo to come down the ring, berate Eddy and probably turn. On a related note, the poll on WWE.com is whether or not Farooq can make it to S.S w/ his "broken ankle" so expect Cena to be the replacement (as if you hadn't already figured out). So, tag match booking says that Benoit vs Lesnar gets established at some point in this match. Benoit get a tapout? Maybe. Brock should C2W at S.S to further the feud and it makes Benoit look like a very feared guy.

It's basic joint psychology. Nothing too amazing. People don't blow their load when Benoit does the shoulderbreakers or neckbreakers because they know the crossface is coming. Flair's storytelling isn't at the level of guys like Misawa, Jumbo or Kobashi. Heck, you could argue that Benoit and Austin are better storytellers. Oh, and here's another list about Flair. Here's a list for your viewing pleasure. ALL BETTER THEN FLAIR - Benoit - Guerrero - Hart - Lyger - Jumbo - Kobashi - Kawada - Misawa - Vader - Takada - Austin Flair matches are repititive as shit, with very little of anything. No mat work, no strong style, no flying. No stiff moves. Just a ton of backdrops, chops and struts. I'll be the first to admit that the man is charasmatic as fuck and is a legend on the mic (though Foley is better then Flair, anybody who's seen his Cactus Jack work in ECW should know.)

Benoit, Guerrero, Angle, Taker, Rey, London, Spanky, Dragon, Tajiri. All on Smackdown. Still putting on better matches on Smackdown.

Not me. 1. Cena sucks. A lot. 2. Cena vs. Brock sucks. Remember? 3. I thought Benoit was supposed to be feuding with Brock soon, so Benoit should beat him here. That's why I had Brock cheat to beat Benoit. Leaves stuff open... No it doesn't. It says "John Cena got the clean pin on our champ" so logically it would be Cena who gets to feud w/ Lesnar, which we all know is B-A-D. The finish is Benoit over Lesnar or Lesnar over Benoit. Nothing else is acceptable.

The pin of that match should enhance the Benoit/Lesnar storyline, no matter how they do it. Cena vs Angle already happened and if the reports from a while back are correct, they'll be tagging soon.

Just have Brock C2W (Cheat to win) and get a cheap pin off of Benoit. They could work in the crossface spot after the match, or during it. "Benoit has Brocks number" is a simple but effective storyline.

Nah. They could have Cena be the replacement dude and let Cena F-U the Big Show but end up getting eliminated. Next night on Smackdown you've got a Cena vs Show feud for the title, which would 1) Get Cena over huge for taking out Show. 2) Give Cena some MAJOR ammo for his raps.
