Strangely i'd REALLY like this scenario. I don't particularly like or hate HHH, but I do dislike Edge. And it would be funny, and a bit of a different style of booking... Trips can wrestle in his suit and everything

Not a very good impression on newer users . . .

I'd be glad to take both of those titles off your hands -
Fans like people trying to kill each other it's a proven fact. Doesn't matter if they're both heels, as long as they hate each other and show it, no one will give a damn It's not like we're feuding over shampoo.

Do they keep him in his cage during the pre-ppv press conferences? Does the SWF even have those like the WWE...why have we never posted one, with all the wrestlers in the room answering random media questions... Genius.
-
The answer is Leg Headlocks. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I like you being GORRO better. EDIT: Why do I always spell his name with two r's...and why am I not correcting it as i write this. GORO FOR SWF CHAMPION!
-
But ELM, how do you give both of them noogies at the same time to get the double tap out... Is ELM secretly GORRO?!? FINISH HIM!!!
-
Maybe ELM will beat you guys in a Handicap match with a double pin after a double arm drag takedown? Be careful!
-
This is true, Team Ladyhawke needs congratulations...and should promptly declare that they'll defend the titles on every show

Bones and House just aren't my cup of tea on television honestly (Though House is an -extremely- good show, I just don't really get into it no matter how much I think Omar Epps is an awesome actor)

I don't know about a 2.0, but I can guarentee that the quality of programming on tuesdays is SO bad, that it would be a great night to put it on. My fiance and I often browse around for something to watch, and one night I was bored and counted no fewer than 8 reality shows airing at the exact same time. Really crappy tv

Todd Cortez vs. JJ Johnson Todd's pissed cus he lost to a guy with one leg...but I still gotta give the nod to the silent but deadly JJ Johnson! KOJI Kitano vs. "Hollywood" Spike Jenkins KOJI w/ interference from ELM/TORU/Chris Card ...maybe the whole roster. I sense run-ins for this one? TORU Takahara vs. Zyon I'll go with Zyon. Bruce Blank © vs. Jimmy the Doom vs. "The Divine Wind" Akira Kaibatsu vs. The Crimson Skull Is this a 80's hair band, or a wrestling match?!?! I would hope whoever is the winning writer can accurately capture the sheer ridiculousness of these people in a match together. That said Bruce Blank (Maybe Marcus will show up during this match too!!?!?) Storm looks like great fun, lots of dynamics...and of course I'm excited as it's the first card I've not been booked on since I started!

11 pm isn't a very good time slot for ANY day of the week. A lot of people don't stay up that late because they're up for work at 5-7 am and they want to actually get to sleep at some point Saturday's are worse because even though people may be up at that time of day your target audience is probably out doing SOMETHING besides staying at home (Heck even when i'm at home on a saturday night, I'd rather be watching a movie w/ my fiance or something else) I'll almost certainly never tune in on the saturday show, but on the flipside will 100% watch at least some of the monday 12-1 replay (and would gladly flip between RAW and impact if it aired at 9 or 10 )

Great show. Awesome tag match Can't wait for the main event though! Don't forget to read the after-Smarkdown interview to get a special taste at what might happen on Storm! (shameless plug!!)

FADE IN "Ben Hardy here, and I'm inside the locker room at the Plattsburg Civic Center just minutes after Smarkdown...here to get the scoop for SWF fans the world over!" The camera zooms out to show Ben Hardy sitting on a bench...right next to Marcus Ward. Hardy looks straight at Marcus and asks him point blank, "Marcus...the wrestling world needs to know...what IS the status of your knee." Ward's eyes are closed with his head resting against the white-painted concrete wall of this rinky-dink civic center. Marcus Wards' hands are clenched at his sides...and the camera pans right and zooms out to show the tremendously large mountain of ice that is resting on his left knee. Hardy repeats his question tenatively, "Marcus...I want to know...the fans WANT to know...just how injured are you?!?" The Mastermind opens his eyes and stares scimitars into the sweating forehead of Ben Hardy as he whispers just loud enough for the microphone to pick up in the most chillingly serious voice... " Not enough " Marcus reaches his hand out and politely lifts the microphone out of the trembling palms of The SWF's number one reporter...and directs his hateful stare right into the camera just as it zooms in on his face... "Tomorrow morning I'll undergo a Total Knee Arthroplasty. My patella will be replaced. My cartilage will be replaced. Fortunately there has been no ligament damage so full functionality will be restored, albeit with significant differences. The patella will be a VERY hard metal alloy and the cartilage will be a sophisticated polymer plastic..." Ward pauses and clears his throat. "Tonight I ignored doctor's orders and wrestled Todd Cortez. Let me rephrase that...I BEAT Todd Cortez on ONE leg." Ward closes his eyes for a moment then continues. "Tomorrow is surgery. I'm supposed to begins months of rehabilitation on wednesday..." Marcus shakes his head. "I have other plans." Suddenly the video image is twisted sideways as Marcus Ward has reached out and grabbed the camera...and then the picture goes fuzzy as by the sound in the room he has just slammed it into the concrete walls and busted a very expensive SWF camera!!! Ward's voice cuts through, the visual feed a conglomeration of random still pictures and overlaying static... "Jay Hawke." Ward's trademark smirk flashes before being replaced with snow. "You tried your worst." A quick image of The Masterminds finger tapping his temple is seen...before the camera loses its signal. "Now it's my turn." FADE OUT

I guess we're the .004% that doesn't like kissing our sister.

They'll look good compared to me Speaking of the chop block, I was watching Smackdown on my computer and for some reason decided to watch the Melina/Christy Hemme match (gag) Anyhow, Nitro/Mercury(One of them) reached in the ring and grabbed her ankle, tripping Christy...and Melina made the cover for the pin!!! (No roll up or feet on the ropes, just a simple trip) I started cracking up at that point It was such a lame finish

As Tom Jackson would say Knock it down!!! Seriously though, that sucks man, sorry for ya

I'm just as pissed that I'm getting Penn State/Minn (I live in pgh) I don't want to watch penn state, I'm a pitt fan that's the LAST team I want to see. I'll watch the highlights later to see Maroney run for 12 td's I want ASU/USC. Gag me.
-
Heck if it wasn't for that fumble by Palko we would have most likely won as well. (Can't blame him for the lost, he's the one that made us competitive at all) I'm really looking forward to next year with Wanny's recruiting class. He's constantly touting how good it's gonna be, and how he'll get these linemen. I just hope this is true, because I would love to see a power running Pitt team with a tough and athletic D-line to match

There's no way Leinart is a better QB than Omar Jacobs. When I watched Jacobs play it reminds me of how Roethlisberger handled himself at Miami of Ohio. Or how Byron Leftwich played at Marshall. He just has an air of professionalism about him that few college qb's ever have. That translates to the NFL. The poise and ability to make things happen is real talent. Omar Jacobs will probably end up the 2nd QB taken, and he's going to go to a better team because of it. That's not to say that Leinart is BAD. He has talent and will possibly have success, I just see a lot more of a sure thing in Jacobs than Leinart. And honestly, I think a guy like DeAngelo Williams out of Memphis is a safer pick than Leinart...and Reggie Bush for that reason I like Reggie Bush but his size and skillset do not translate to a specific NFL position (Is he tough enough to be a 20-30 carry a game player, is his speed good enough to get separation from NFL CB's? Lots of question marks), whereas D. Williams is very similar to LT in ability (Similar, not necessarily equal.) Just my thoughts

Parisi v. Striker was actually EXTREMELY good. Striker can sell like a champ, I loved the dynamic in the match between Striker's many pinning combinations and Parisi's leg work. It was a simple match but it had character
-
I saw that. How do you no show picking 10 or so football games more than like once?
-
I wish I was in that contest, as I see no one's representing Pitt, and at least then we'd have a chance at winning something this season (2 months for basketball!!!)

Sorry, sarcasm's hard to detect through the internet at times! There's no special html tag that lights up an alert on my keyboard to tell me "This message is sarcastic, do not take it at face value"

Who's HTK? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Looks to me like a typo from HTM or Honky Tonk Man. Simple m to k typo
