I need to eliminate a tight end.

Well, I was thinking about this season's teams that finished out of the top 8.. After the 200 players that are designated as keepers, what is left? How do they improve their team? This is not a complaint, just a suggestion.

Homecoming was probably a great show for the casual fan. Last night's episode, however, was not. I'd like to see the quarter-hours for the show, especially with the opening and ending segments.

Okay, Bret has creative control over everything, but what's the historical significance of a title match that never aired, held weight or was acknowledged? There's something in Bret's shoot that either has him vetoing the match being aired, or Vince vetoing to Bret's protests. I don't know which way the story went, offhand. It was the last match of the original Hart Foundation. Historically significant. First big match as a singles competitor and his first singles title. Historically significant. If he believes it's his finest match with Owen, how do we argue it? "No Bret, I'm sorry, that wasn't your best with Owen. Choose another for the DVD, now". I counted four, three of which will make the main program according to the DVD description. Hart Foundation vs. Strike Force - 1987-88 Historical significance? Hart Foundation vs. Steiners (WrestleFest 94) - ...and you're complaining about non-finishes? Hart Foundation vs. Brainbusters -- SS '89 or MSG '88 - HS? Hart Foundation vs. Rockers -- Phantom Title change Bret vs. Shawn from SurvSer 92 - Not really essential, but a good choice. Final Four- Bret vs. Vader vs. Austin vs. Taker - Same here. Canadian Stampede 10-man tag - Don't know how to feel about this one. Does Bret want to look back on this match with what has happened? Bret vs. Shawn - 1st ever WWF Ladder match - If you go against what has been said about Shawn/Razor, sure. Bret vs. Flair - 1st WWF Title win - It's probably on the main program. It's too hard to leave out. Bret vs. Piper - WM 8 - Good choice. Bret vs. Patriot - Ground Zero -No. Bret vs. Backlund - Surv Ser 94 - Oh god no. Bret vs. Jean Pierre Lafeyette - No Bret vs. 123 Kid from RAW - Good choice. Bret vs. Austin - Surv Ser 96 - Probably gets a good portion shown of it prior to airing the WM XIII match. Bret vs. Razor - RR 93 - No Bret vs. Savage - Saturday Night's Main Event - No. Again, HS? Bret vs. Yoko - WM 10 - Probably on the main program. Not going to be left out. Bret vs. Dynamite Kid - Ladder match (Stampede Wrestling)- There's a chapter or two devoted to his Stampede run.

This one would be good, if possible. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> hxxp://www.megaupload.com/?d=7U3B0AFP

Why the huge jump for keepers? I understand the switch from 4 to 6/8 that you keep, but 10 really dilutes the draft pool and makes the draft picks useless to those that were positioning themselves for next year.

Maybe I have to see HBK/Angle again, but I didn't get into it much upon first viewing. As for Rey/Eddie from Smackdown, you give that a pay-per-view build and a sense of closure to that part of their angle, and you get something that goes above ****. If I'm using ratings that are consistent with every match I've seen, I'm going to vote for the last **** match being Benoit/Orton from the night after Summerslam. There might be something in late 2004 that I may be missing, but it's not coming to me.

USTHU is correct, although I think it's $750. $100 will get you on the first lift in the front row, which are the best seats in the arena excluding the first two rows ringside. And also, it's Wrestlemania. What did you expect to pay?

He's gone too. EDIT: Just realized what Alf was doing.

Josh Childress, come on down!

Sorry for the delay guys; I got caught up in long hours at work, but I'm here now and taking requests again. I'm going to stick with MegaUpload for the time being, mostly because of its reliability in uploading matches (YSI will freeze with certain files). xttp://www.megaupload.com/?d=VKM06XQ2 Steve Austin v. Shawn Michaels, KOTR 1997 Headed to bed, but I'll get the Thunder six-way posted today, guaranteed.

They gave up two Double-A bodies for him. Their bullpen is much, much better off with him. He gave them a strong August and September. All signs point to the trade being a good one for the Braves. So in that situation, who do you put in? Kolb? Reitsma? Farnsworth was the closest thing we had to giving us two strong innings. I just feel bad for the guy.

It's moving briskly enough from where I'm sitting. 61 picks in eighteen days is a good pace, considering that we've hit a brick wall at the beginning of Round 2 (rounds with everyone involved). 87 picks to go.

Why is she considered the dominant female in the company? What justifies that - her head-crushing thighs or something? Fine. T&A matches involves some sort of coordination, though. The girls can do all the posedowns they want, but the fans will yawn when there's little to build the character besides showing off her newest bikini. At the very least, they're going to further storylines for male wrestlers, possibly taking bumps or running the ropes. I had assumed that this was they were training them for, in order not to expose the business as Ashley seems to love. WCW and WWF both were bidding for Trish's services. Surely, it wasn't because of her in-ring skill. She didn't step into the ring for an advertised match until four months after she debuted. EDIT: Again, the company itself is to blame. But this argument is using the logic that they're already under contract, so that contract must be justified. EDIT 2: I guess that they're only under a developmental contract, which means "no harm, no foul" until they're called up to the main roster.

Cam'ron 'retiring' Nas is hilarious. Someone needs to do that gimmick in the industry...might as well be him.

Aw, dammit, I was going to submit my picks, honest. EDIT: I'm not complaining about the picks that were posted. I'm just saying that I was here and I didn't mean to hold everyone up. Sorry, kkk.

Stacy and Torrie both wrestle serious matches regularly, but they never came along in training as well as the others did. Why didn't (or don't) Trish, Victoria, Lita, Molly and Gail Kim regularly wrestle T&A matches? Each one of them were given serious storylines to run with for a while. All five have had countless matches where the commentary focused on their ring ablility. You ever notice that with Stacy? Torrie? The line between "female wrestler" and "restricted to T&A matches" isn't that subtle. Christy, even if she trained, came in as a serious wrestler when Trish wrestled her last match. She's a victim of circumstances, given that the only woman left in the division at that time was Victoria. The feud would've continued after that if Trish were healthy. Are we comparing Trish 2000 to Ashley 2005?

Good win, Bored. Damn, I really had a good week picking the ranked match-ups. I would've done everything the same except for the Michigan/Minnesota game. I didn't go with my gut instinct, second-guessing the Gophers for some god-awful reason.
-
She hasn't reacted to training at all. She never trained to begin with. Gail Kim didn't set the precedent well, even if it wasn't her fault. Trish took only took TWO years to be at the top of the division with Molly. It won't take long to find out if they can be the next Trish Stratus - Ashley can certainly work her way there, so can Michelle McCool. The company conventiently forgets that they protected Trish during her first set of matches - even as far as the Women's Title match at Survivor Series 2001, she still looked awkward in the ring.

1. WCW/nWo Revenge (N64). 2. No Mercy (N64). 3. Smackdown: HCTP (PS2) Seeing the Goldberg spear on Revenge for the first time was a mark-out moment. Everyone else in my household were huge marks for Goldie, so they got as much excitement out of it as I did.
