Aw man, you should've went, I went to both RAW & Smackdown (I'm in Richmond). The RAW was marked & hicked out, even though the ringside signs and fans made up for some of it. SD! on the other hand in D.C. had a good mix of ECW & SD fans, even though I had about 5 ROHbots sitting right behind me being somewhat annoying during the show.

Yeah, I got chills the night after KOTR 98 when they showed a bloody Austin (in black and white of course) with audio of Fink saying "the winner of this match...and NEWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW World Wrestling Federation Champion..........KAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNE!!!!!!!!!" Ah, the good ol' mark days...

I'd love to see HHH/Angle at one of these Manias in the next 2 years (because only god knows how much more Angle's neck can take)...they are the two biggest legendstars of this, gah, (Brand Extension?) era.

Nothing beats the "Lowering Cage Theme." Never have bassy thuds sound so dramatic.

This has been better than some ECW (Hardcore) TV shows. No cheap commercials. No two-minute live event plugging. All we need are Pulp Fiction promos and we've got a great show.

I found it funny that they aired an ad for the "Rise And Fall of ECW" during the show. I wonder after this shit is all over with, will they re-issue it as the "Rise And Fall And Rise And THE ULTIMATE, LAST, NEVER SEE YOU AGAIN, FINAL Fall of ECW".
