Yeah... that was an interesting two episode arc with absolutely no payoff. I found it odd and a little annoying. Man - I love Walsh though. In the bathroom with a bottle of whiskey and a gun because he thought he let Vince down. Vince: Billy, were you really in there with a gun? Billy: Yeah, but the bitch took the bullets. Looking forward to the finale. Hoping for a big payoff. I'd totally be down with what Curry suggested above.

Owen Wilson is actually one of my favorite actors. Before he got super famous I even tracked down Minus Man and saw the piece of crap that was the Big Bounce just because he was in it. I'm glad that he's not dead, but this sounds like a half hearted attempt.

There are all types of bonuses that aren't included in those figures. Fight of the night, best knockout, best sub, etc. etc.. I'm sure Dana makes a few up on the spot. And the main eventers usually earn a % of the PPV gross, so Randy's gross is probably 3-4x what's listed there.

Sorry, I think my heavy heavy HEAVY bias showed through there. I agree with that. Hanley might not make it as a SS in the long run. But he's so good to watch on a daily basis, it's scary having him and Cabrera in the same lineup.

The good news about Hot Rod being such a bomb is that I can get it on DVD quicker. I don't know why but I'm really a sucker for Andy Samberg comedy.

I finally got around to seeing this. I know it's a few weeks too late. I thought it was easily the worst of the HP movies. Not because it wasn't true to the book.. I can separate them fine. I just felt like it dragged in points. There were some very, very good scenes and bits but overall it just felt flat, to me.

And I will NEVER forget the game against the Astros in 2001 where Bonds got one damn pitch to see the entire game and still hit one of his later stage (68-71) HRs. I watched the entire game and saw him get 3 intentional walks and then they finally pitch to him once and BOOM...gone. That's a moment of greatness engrained in my memory forever.

I actually read on Deadspin this morning that the arm measurement that this is made for hasn't changed since the guy began making it for Bonds. Meaning, in effect, that his arm has been the exact same size for 10+ years. Now, I don't think I believe that. But that's what I read.
