My local FSN isn't carrying the undercard. Boo. Because I live in NY I only get one FSN because I get both the damn Mets and Yankees TV networks. Oh well. Still 7 hours of MMA tonight if I have it in me to watch both back to back. Bas and Kenny are actually going to be in Japan, I think...instead of just calling it from a studio in LA. Inside MMA next week is being taped in Japan as well.

It's been easy to overlook with all of the MMA tonight but DREAM 5 is in two days. Kid Yamamoto is off the card but Overeem vs. Mark Hunt has just been added so that's a plus.

I see a difference in the pictures. Look at the muscles at 205. Pecs are much bigger, shoulders and arms more defined. It's subtle but also pretty obvious, I think at least. This is coming from someone who charts all of his workouts and keeps excel spreadsheets of his daily weight for the past few years so maybe my perspective is off.

I guess I have nothing to add that hasn't been said by just about everyone else... This was my favorite movie in years and I'm not really a big comic book fan.

You'd be bitter if MMA ruined your life too. Sanchez/Alves is off for UFC 89, by the way... officially replaced on the card by Machida/Silva. Would have been awesome to have both of those on free tv but oh well.

I don't think you should leave, for the record. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and if they are all actually opinions then they are 100% welcome. If everyone agreed on everything there would be no discussion.

Well, I can see their point. It seems like some statements are made just to piss people off. Any statement can be made but I think some of the crazier ones, as Curry noted, need some justification. In this case though, Machida is probably going to be a 2 or 3 to 1 favorite so it's not so crazy to predict Silva to win. It doesn't bother me so I haven't stepped in but if everyone starts complaining then I'm going to have to ask you to cut back or at least explain some of your statements.

Oh, apparently there is now no such thing as WEC: Filho/Sonnen 2 because that's no longer the main event of the September 10th card.... it's now a Urijah title defense against Mike Brown with Filho/Sonnen still on the card. WEC rules lately.

Well it's being reported that he was declared mentally unfit for booking so hopefully there's some explanation that makes a tiny bit of sense. In real MMA news, and it's great news... WEC signed Jake Rosholt and Jonny Hendricks... two of the best prospects in all of the MMA world so hell yeah. Hopefully they can get one or both of them onto Filho/Sonnen II.

What is costing you $0.99. I put some pretty damn good apps on my phone for free. I may spring for some games eventually but I expect them to cost money.
