  1. Yeah, through a few Metro stations and around a few streets. I'd suggest a regular save routine.
  2. Worth the download but not the folking out of cash.
  3. http://www.ericbischoff.com/blog.asp?Path=...mp;MaxListings= Bischoff usually has plenty to say on his blog. Wonder if he has a second book in the works.
  4. That's the only interesting thing he's been involved in, and he's still living off the back of it. He had a feud with the Undertaker that was half way decent, but I find myself drifting in and out of the bracket where I think he's a decent worker.
  5. Metal Gear Solid Online could have, should have, been a great game. It starts to play pretty well, then takes a sharp turn down the wrong street into Shitsville. Its like a clunky Counter Striker, where your character, who's suppose to be a super awesome Mercenary or whatever, handles like a 18 Wheeler. So ultimately it falls into the camp and snipe genre of online gaming and gets pretty fustrating. When you do get close to anyone, don't even think about using CQC as it won't work. Instead, your guy will stand on the spot, rather then lunge for his target, and do some fancy thai boxing exercise routine before being shot in the face. However, you can do combat rolls into people and knock them down. Infact, that's probably the most lethal move in the game.
  6. I figured you were the guy featured in the thing. And you're not fat. The word fat just fit better than "chubby" Maybe it's just the cheeks; I don't know. Hamster like?
  7. For the millionth time, that wasn't me. Zed's appearance is a one time only thing, and in the real episode, his intro is cut to thirty seconds. The first episode is scripted out, there is a definite theme. This trailer was only because the thing that Zed sent me was too long (I needed thirty seconds), but was still funny to me, and I wanted to use it in some way. Oh well, the trailer didn't make me interested in your show I'm afraid.
  8. Its best you posted this after you were eliminated - it would have made me change my vote. I'm sure you'll get a fan base going, but at the moment its just you playing a game and screaming like a girl. I'm not interested in that, not even on internet porn fetish standards. Add some structure, buy/download a cheap video editing kit, get some actual game footage spliced in there with voice overs - it might be cheap and tacky, but it can't be any worse then it already is.
  9. Swayze hospitalised with pneumonia http://uk.news.yahoo.com/1/20090110/ten-sw...ia-c60bd6d.html Looking back, it was stupid not to have him on my list this year considering this brush with death last year. Hopefully he'll pull through though... for next year's list anyway.
  10. None stand out for me, but his feud and time with Right to Censor were probably his finest moments in terms of actually have a storyline and air time.
  11. Ron Killings will probably get cut due to his cameo in The Wrestler since Vince hates it. However, I didn't realise that 'E signed Low-Ki, that's pretty insane. Especially with all the people who said it would never happen due to his style.
  12. Its a couple of weeks old based on my WWE game on TEW haha.
  13. Must be nice to support a team where you can fob off winning a 'lesser' Trophy
  14. Hmm thats interesting to note, that its still called Virgin Megastore over in the States. In 2006 or so, Sir Richard Branson sold the stores off and they were rebranded as Zavvi.
  15. As a dumb white kid from the UK who's music genre didn't develop till he was about 13 and someone put The Best of Queen casette tape on one day, this was my first taste of 'rap'. I loved it, thought it was awesome, but generally the experience I've had when I tell people I like it is; 'Typical'. It does seem to be that people who really listen to a lot of rap seem to love this song, and those that listen to loads of rap hate it since its been stolen by those that don't really care for the genre over all. I do like 80s Funk though.
  16. Here's my list - not complete and probably shouldn't have that many from ECW in it. Royal Rumble (30 Man) Smackdown 1. Kozlov 2. HHH 3. Shelton Benjamin 4. The Undertaker 5. Umaga 6. R-Truth 7. MVP 8. Hurricane Helms 9. The Great Khali 10. Jimmy Wang Yang Raw 1. Charlie Haas 2. CM Punk 3. D-Lo Brown 4. Jim Duggan 5. JTG 6. Shad 7. Mike Knox 8. Manu 9. Santino 10. Chris Jericho ECW 1. Chavo G 2. Finlay 3. Jack Swagger 4. Tommy Dreamer 5. Paul Burchill 6. Mark Henry 7. The Miz 8. John Morrison
  17. I know that feeling. Only just starting to get through my backlog of: GoW2 Fallout3 Fifa09 Deadspace LittleBIGplanet and Fable 2 I'm glad I didn't buy the rest of the games I had lined up otherwise they'd have never got played. I gave up Farcry 2, Star Wars Force Unleashed, and some other ones. Looking back, I don't think I've missed out on too much, and saved a good £20 on each title if I pick them up now. I'll be in trouble again in a month though - Street Fighter and Resident Evil start the Easter onslaught. Yet, the rest of the year looks pretty... dead.
  18. Ah poor D-Lo, though can't say anyone would be surprised. What lies in store for him now?
  19. Hmm, I don't know, it could be what he needs to rejuvenate his juices. Been doing Tim Burton stuff for so long he's stuck in a rut.
  20. Surprised there's no Fable thread (no one like it?), but the DLC has been confirmed for release next week... finally.
  21. DLC 1 confirmed in the next week or 2. 2nd DLC in February with the 3rd in March... OUCH!
  22. Whats the game actually like?
  23. UK News: Retailers Gone: Woolworths - 100 years of history on the High Street. Zavvi - Formally Virgin Retail Ltd, Sir Richard Branson's store, the thing that earned him his billions. The Officers Club Whittard of Chelsea Probably more to come, though the big Supermarket chains are reporting strong financial quarters. Is this the start of Wallmart type places taking over the UK?
  24. Is this the start of Mellow's transformation into a Dr. Lector figure that goes sysmatically through the POTY brackets eating everyone who voted against him?
  25. Dandy - I appreciate Venk's work on the WWE folder, however I hardly see him outside of there. It makes me worry for his sanity. Occassionally I see him venture into the NHB, but over all he's a WWE Folder guy. That's cool, its his baby and all. However, Dandy is an over all boarder, and has some good Sports knowledge that he shares without being egotistical about it. EHME - If he didn't change his name so often, I'd probably be able to remember his posts past the last few months. However, his latest incarnation and posts have been ok. Yet, for as little as I can truly remember of EHME's posts (due to constant name changing) I can't even picture who Incandenza might be to even find one of their posts. Cheech - Keeps things simple and ever going, think I've probably seen a post of his in every part of the board, so he's 'boarding hard'. Slayer - Ortonsault is taking this way too seriously and his self pimping posts smell of someone who's desperate. No one in their right mind should be desperate to win TSM Poster of the Year... should they? Slayer has some killer AVs in rotation, and keeps the balance between shit eating posts, humor, musical insight and good general posting. Kinetic - Sticking with my first round pick into the second round. Snuffbox seems to have been flying under the radar last year, as while I don't recognize him, I kind of remember some of the posts he made looking back at them - and he's been a member since 02. Matt Young - Its a hard choice to make, both guys are pretty regulars down in the Computer Games section and the Movie Section, which are probably the two sections of the board I go to the most. I've got to go with Matt Young on this one again though, nothing against CanadianChris though just a bad match up. Matt is a good guy, posts some funny shit and is happy to let people take the piss out of him (at least from what I've seen) which isn't a bad thing. Again, Matt does have that deep seated 'I'm going to rape your Daughter voice', which you can't vote against... you know, incase he rapes your Daughter. Seriously though, the guy is a friendly dude, always wishing you and your team well if you talk to him on xboxlive or whatever. I'll try and get that English Football thread going for the Rules of Fifa soon. Bored - I'm glad he got through the 2nd round, as to be honest the guy is a great Boarder. Owe him a lot for getting me into College Football due to his College Football thread. The guy is one of the main aspects the Sports Folder does so well. Mellow seems a good guy, but I just haven't really paid that much attention to what he's posted. That's not his fault, that's my own. I'll try and make an effort this year, I swear! Fazzle - I nominated the guy, and even though I voted against him last round (he was up against Andrew TS) I'll vote for him this one. He pops up with some good posts and doesn't seem to rock the boat, which is something of a rare thing at times. Besides, he did have that LA Parka sig for a good few months, which cracked me up. KOAB - I voted for him the 1st round with a real shit reason for giving him a vote, but the truth is; he's a funny guy and does seem to be everywhere across the board. Usually has the best pictures posted up on 'Pictures I like'. Smues - Its a real tough choice, Smues, a mod, against MattDotCom probably best newcomer... oh wait he's not a newcomer, he's been here since 2002. Only just really noticed the guy though, but that isn't saying much as people have probably only just noticed me too. I was going to go with MattDotCom, seems a good guy but Smues is Smues and doesn't have some strange Vampire thing AV. Saying that though, I have enjoyed MattDotCom's WWE posts, he does seem to kinda give a shit without shitting on the whole thing. King Kamala - Easy one for me. He's one of the reasons, along with Venk, that the WWE folder has started to improve. He's also tried various ways to get the general wrestling folder back on track. Seems like a good guy, that enjoys his wrestling and won't have anyone take it away from him. AoO - Good boarder that seems to be in most of the folders around the board and offers some good input if people ask for it. Al Keiper is a good guy, but I think I've only ever really seen him post in the Sports folder, and then maybe twice a year in the WWE folder. His posts are good, but my vote goes with AoO just since I've generally seen more of him around the whole of the board and enjoyed his posts more. S.J. Kreese - Another tough one as I like both guys. While some people will probably take it as a negative, as it was ANOTHER FUCKING DRAFT THREAD ARRRGH, I enjoyed the Actors Draft. Treble 909 - Another guy that gets about the board and usually keeps things going. Minus points for being a Liverpool supporter, but plus points for being an American that enjoys Football, without making it seem quirky. Lord of the Curry - Ergh real tough one, VX and Lord of the Curry are both good guys, and good posters. If I'm honest this one was a coin flip.
