Interestingly enough, I got mine back today as well! So they do clean it? I had assumed I got a different box, as it was a lot cleaner, and hadn't even thought to look at the serial number or anything. But I think it is the same as I had previously, not that I really remember it. Although, my little USB port thing, was broken at one hinge, and that seems to be fixed, so maybe they just put the same serial on a new console. (To keep track of the repairs maybe) Either that, or when they repair it, they fully repair it. Regardless, I got my Xbox back, and it works, so I'm happy. That'll be a new faceplate! Strange we got it back on the same day Haven't tried mine out yet, as I can't be bothered to remove the PS3 which has taken its place due the AWOL repair. Seems I have to fans on the back of the inside now, can't remember if I had two previously though - think I'm just seeing things haha.

So I got my 360 back from the repair today, literally my 360. Same Serial Number and marking I put on the outer case (which they tried to clean). However, the case looks a little more scratched then before and the faceplate doesn't fit over the DVD as well. The Diagnostics say - failed DVD and MOBO. So they've replaced that in my original case?
