This might be one of the most embarassing games I have ever watched from opening kick to the last play of the game that the Eagles have played. There is nothing to look forward to each week, the playcalling is about as conservative as it ever has been, and everyone in the organization seems to be content with that to the outside world. On the radio a few days ago, a former Eagle was interviewed and said he believes an inside disbturbance of some sort is part of the reason this team seems to not want it week in and week out. He wouldn't explain himself for the fact he didn't want to throw anybody under the bus, but I'm starting to agree with that assessment. The most embarassing game I have ever seen. Bar none.

Man, what a bad call. Hopin the Eagles could have kept the Bungles out of field goal range, but that horrible call allows another Eagles loss.
-
I'll be sad if this ends in a tie. I didn't even notice the clock.

Not a PI on Kevin Curtis. Bad call.

Bengals playcalling almost as bad as the Eagles playcalling in all four of their losses. Come on fuckin Eagles...

Thanks, Charlie!

Hey, Oklahomans wanted it, and now they have to deal with it.

Great game tonight in Montreal. Great play by both teams, and it was good that we controlled the game for the most part. When we collapsed defensively, Biron was there to close the door. If only we can get this solid an outing more often, I wouldn't get so mad. Now we have to hope not to have a letdown against Atlanta tomorrow night, who we steamrolled 7-0 a few weeks ago.

More Future Endeavours - Dykstra, Lena, Elijah

So are people gonna get mad at WWE for getting rid of London when it was pretty obvious he was just there to cash a paycheck and didn't care much at all? At least Kendrick showed some passion (and don't give me the it wouldn't matter if London showed passion, he would still be buried). It seemed like Vince was waiting for an idea from London himself on what to do with him and since that never came, he just got rid of him. -
I think when people say stuff from 1997 doesn't hold up well over time with Nitro and Raw, I think it's simply because we've gotten older and know what goes on. If kids nowadays watched this stuff, they would react in the same way that we did back then. So I don't think it's a matter of the product not holding up over time as it is we just outgrew those storylines and hindsight is 20/20. I still remember the shit I did when I was watching these shows in '97, including thinking Bret Hart was watching me through the window and feeling guilty that I laughed at the midget Bret Hart the night after Survivor Series. Being a kid rules.

Not trying to be flammatory or anything, but how can you disagree with that? If Flair says Dusty was his greatest opponent, he was. I can see if you didn't like most of their matches together, but if Flair himself says it, it's true.

I thought it was a FAIL because he erased Martin Luther King, Jr. and decided to put steak instead.

Been eight years since the Yankees won a WS Title. They could spend $500 million and I wouldn't care, as long as they keep losing.

Eh, the Habs probably just had a bad night. Don't get the panties in a knot. Boston's a good team (unfortunately) and the Flyers will probably get steamrolled tomorrow night because I'm sure the Habs are quite pissed. Flyers don't have that anger in them when they blow a game, so I don't think they'll care either way if they lose. I'd like to see their record in the shootout since 2005, because if I can remember correctly, I think they've only won two or three in that THREE YEAR SPAN.

I'll find it quite ironic if Pujols wins the MVP award this year. He just said that the award shouldn't go to a player whose team didn't make the playoffs. He had a point in 2006, and I agreed with him then and I agree with him now. But I doubt he'll be steamed if he wins the award.

The Pittsburgh Penguins are exhibiting John Cena overcome the odds mentality, and it's fucking pissing me the fuck off. Once the Flyers gained the momentum and took a 4-3 lead after being behind 3-0, they should have won the game. I'm fucking tired of the Penguins. They got a big fucking break to tie the game tonight and Scott Hartnell doesn't know how to handle a puck on a breakaway. Yeah, not so much a win for the Pens as the Flyers losing it for themselves.

Former American Gladiator Host Mike Adamle Joins WWE

My favorite Adamle moment was when he left Primo right in the beginning of an interview to talk to John Cena. Now that was priceless, Ted. -

Yeah, but this is MAJOR NEWS. They're going to get rid of the current logo that still features a 24/7 with just the word classics at the bottom. This is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. I said I dare you, so you have to do it. Bitch. -

WWF Survivor Series 1991 & This Tuesday In Texas
garfieldsnose replied to KingPK's topic in WWE Multimedia
At least they're showing This Tuesday in Texas in the first week of December. I still love the old Survivor Series no matter how bad they are, and this was one of my favorites. I'll watch it later today and tape it, then tape TTIT on the same tape. I just love it for historical significance, much like I love a lot of old stuff and stuff today. -

Eh, a moment with Kane/UT ala Benoit/Guerrero probably would get shit upon from all of us, and a lot of WWE employees, I would assume. -
Impact spoilers for this Thursday
garfieldsnose replied to Hunter's Torn Quad's topic in TNA Wrestling
Yeah, but it also reeks of Russo's work-shoots. The angle actually works either way, so at least kudos to TNA.
