I doubt even the Phillies would take the backlash from placing a .150 hitter in the lineup, or at least I hope. Chris Coste played well at third base last year for Scranton, and I think he can hold down the job. What's convenient here is that this move also frees up a spot on the 40 man roster for Randy Wolf. This is a really good point. The trade makes Charlie's job a little easier. The roster spot for Wolf is created. As far as I'm concerned, I hope this is just the beginning. I wish the Phillies would just blow up their team like the Marlins did. There are only a handful of Phillies players that I'd refuse to trade (Utley, Howard), but I'd listen to offers for nearly everyone.

Interestingly, the Eagles and Bunkley aren't apart on money but rather the length of the deal. Eagles want a six-year deal and Bunkley/his agent want five. Are the other draft picks getting five or six year deals?
