Guest Downhome Posted May 29, 2003 Report Posted May 29, 2003 Flair's Figure 4 when he goes : '' woooooo now! NOW! we go to school! Woooo~!'' That's tied for #1 with me next to the Headbutt and the Slingshot. I also mark for the Big Boot/Leg Drop! *ducks for cover*
Guest RavishingRickRudo Posted May 29, 2003 Report Posted May 29, 2003 I've always liked simple moves. Hell, I liked Damien Demento's big knee drop, and IRS's flying clothesline. The Big Boot and Leg Drop is a guaranteed mark out.
Garth Posted May 29, 2003 Report Posted May 29, 2003 I also mark for the Big Boot/Leg Drop! *ducks for cover* How can you not mark for it? It is the quinticential(sp?) mark out move.
Guest CoreyLazarus416 Posted May 29, 2003 Report Posted May 29, 2003 A good TKO always makes me happy.
Guest Downhome Posted May 29, 2003 Report Posted May 29, 2003 I mark for the bodyslam or just a normal verticle suplex now a days, seeing how I don't seem them nearly as much as I used to.
Guest Indy Posted May 29, 2003 Report Posted May 29, 2003 Sharpshooter Only a Hart Family Sharpshooter is wourth marking out. The Rock sucks at it. I mark out when Flair struts, goes into Flair rant, Knife-edge chop, Figure Four and his "Whhhhhoooo!!!" (NO Im not a Flair Mark). Also I mark out when The Crossface, German Suplex, 3D, Van-Daminator, the Sweet Chin Music or Tombstone Piledriver is preformed.
Guest Big McLargeHuge Posted May 29, 2003 Report Posted May 29, 2003 The Liontamer. Like the one Jericho busted out on Trish late last year. Piledriver. Always loved this move. Van Damninator/Terminator. Usual reasons. Harlem/Houston Hangover. Top Rope 'Bret Hart' Elbow Drop. No one actually does this these days, but when Bret performed it off the top rope at SurS 96 against Austin, I was just awestruck.
Guest DawnBTVS Posted May 29, 2003 Report Posted May 29, 2003 Enziguiri Sharpshooter(Applied properly ala Storm as of late) Kanyon's Flatliner Raven's Evenflow DDT 450 Splash Jeff Hardy's Old Slingshot Moonsault from the Corner(Too bad he got sloppy) Matt Hardy's get backdropped into ropes and hit a DDT on the rebound Benoit's snap suplex...fucking loved the added touch in the J Cup 94 when he lifted his foot, tapped the toe down on the mat and then snapped his opponent over(Can't remember who, keep thinking Great Sasuke though)
Guest Youth N Asia Posted May 29, 2003 Report Posted May 29, 2003 So no one else has seen "The Chaos Theory?" Dreamer did a sweet DDT/Neckbreaker combo a while back...looked way better then Nova's DDT/Stunner.
Guest Just call me Dan Posted May 29, 2003 Report Posted May 29, 2003 I mark for any superkicks, a top rope elbow drop and the jacknife powerbomb. I despise Nash, but I just love how people sell that move. they just get DROPPED.
Guest Youth N Asia Posted May 29, 2003 Report Posted May 29, 2003 I also loved Test's elbow drop...I know were're suppose to hate him and all...but I poped like a beeyouch when he dropped that off the cage.
LooseCannon25 Posted May 29, 2003 Report Posted May 29, 2003 I Mark out for spinebusters.........big mark out moment for me at WrestleMania X8 when Arn Anderson jumped in the ring and gave undertaker a thunderous spinebuster.........almost jumped outta my damn seat
Guest Old Brown Heineken Posted May 29, 2003 Report Posted May 29, 2003 The Regal Cutter, William Regal looks so natural when he does it, he really make the move go out of nowhere! WWE made him use the brass knuckles too often, period...
TheFranchise Posted May 29, 2003 Report Posted May 29, 2003 Don't know if you call it a move or not... When HBK nipped up against HHH at SS last year, i was well up for it.
Guest razazteca Posted May 29, 2003 Report Posted May 29, 2003 The Rito Romero Special which is usually refered as the reversed surfboard. Rarely used in WWE if at all but is still my favorite more of all time. El Santo, Nobre Sin Nobre, Super Crazy all have good versions of the move. Shockers La Reinera finisher which is the lower backbreaker move with an airplane spin. Tajiri used it once in ECW. RVD spotfest any and all of them, but the Van Terminator just sticks out as a WTF type of move. Double team finishers like 3D or double team submissions as done by Benoit & Angle.
LooseCannon25 Posted May 29, 2003 Report Posted May 29, 2003 I also mark for Team Angle's Superkick into German Suplex combo finisher.....awesome stuff
Guest JHawk Posted May 29, 2003 Report Posted May 29, 2003 I've seen the Chaos Theory, YNA. Sweet move. In fact, I was watching a tape where someone blocked the suplex portion of it, and the guy I was with thought he rolled too far on a cradle. He hadn't seen the move before and thought he fucked it up. Flair's figure-four for me. And the slingshot suplex.
Guest Just call me Dan Posted May 29, 2003 Report Posted May 29, 2003 Thats is awesome. I used to mark for a draped over the knee opponent getting hit by the top rope legdrop, but too many teams have been passing along that move. I still like it, but I sigh because its like every up and coming team uses it with a different name. The short lived Lo - Down team where Chaz did a superplex and D-Lo was already in the air for the frogsplash, now THAT was a nice doubleteam move!
Guest bravesfan Posted May 29, 2003 Report Posted May 29, 2003 I've watched the Backlash 2003 match between Los Guerreros and Team Angle in the proximity of 10+ times, JUST so I could see Eddy's swinging vertical suplexes. Man, THAT MOVE is the shit.
Guest JHawk Posted May 29, 2003 Report Posted May 29, 2003 Actually, I'd mark for a brain buster if it actually looked like a brain buster instead of a botched suplex.
Guest ElectricRaccoon Posted May 29, 2003 Report Posted May 29, 2003 Actually, I'd mark for a brain buster if it actually looked like a brain buster instead of a botched suplex. Nothing beats a well-executed brainbuster, except maybe Diamond Dust. Also, I thought the Tommyhawk was damn cool, as few times as I actually saw it.
Rendclaw Posted May 29, 2003 Report Posted May 29, 2003 The Masked Superstar's flying neckbreaker, only imitated by Randy Savage and Bret Hart. I always mark for the 3D when it came out of nowhere, and no one saw it coming. Paul Orndoff's piledriver, likes of which are equaled these days by Jerry Lynn's cradle piledriver LOD's Doomsday Device before the Dudley's took it as their own. Arn Anderson's spinebuster. I haven't seen David Young' yet, so I can't comment either way. Dynamite Kid's/Chris Benoit's snap suplex. I will ALWAYS mark out for that move. Rick Rude's/Hawk's standing neckbreaker. Koko B. Ware's brainbuster.. any move that can put guys out legit is all right by me. the only good brainbuster is Eddy's and Chavo's.
Guest eiker_ir Posted May 29, 2003 Report Posted May 29, 2003 Top Rope Brainbuster, now that's gotta hurt
Guest Bannable Offense Posted May 30, 2003 Report Posted May 30, 2003 Eddie's Sunset Powerbomb. The Spinaroonie whenever Booker T used it as a kip-up.
Guest razazteca Posted May 30, 2003 Report Posted May 30, 2003 CW Anderson does a damn good Anderson Spinebuster. Michniku Drivers 1 and 2, the MD1 is a twisting brainbuster? I think I saw Dean Malenko use it on the Rey Mysterio 619 DVD. Another move by Dean Malenko from the same DVD that I mark for it the Super Gut Buster from the Nitro match.
Guest razazteca Posted May 30, 2003 Report Posted May 30, 2003 No Armbar~ was the Great American Bash. Armbar moves 1-20 were used.............#18 had the Keylock variant
Guest Olympic Slam Posted May 30, 2003 Report Posted May 30, 2003 - Stone Cold Stunner - The Gore! Gore! Gore! - Sharpshooter from anyone BUT the Rock - Rock Bottom - German Suplex from Angle or Benoit - Eddie G's Murtherdeathkill powerbomb - The Bookend - Disco Inferno's spinning piledriver (for some reason) - The Ho Train - Top Rope DDT! - Bubba Bomb - Diamond Cutter
