It's like you said, there wasn't a prize or nothing involved. It would've just been a trophy to parade around for those involved in this particular thread is all. Remember, this is supposed to be fun. It's hard to tell whether or not someone is being serious on a board or not because it's just words and you may misinterpret where someone is coming from. Ahh, that's what I figured, but it's like you said, it's difficult to tell sometimes over the internet. Just last night the Mrs. and I had an exchange where she was just playing around and leading me on but I thought she was really angry with me because of my dislike of Moulin Rouge (one of her favorite movies). So, even if it's someone you know and trust and talk to all the time, it's hard to pick out sarcastic emphasis sometimes from pure text.
