Guest Dynamite Kido Posted June 26, 2003 Report Posted June 26, 2003 Cage match all the way. One of the best matches in TNA's short history....
JustJoe2k5 Posted June 26, 2003 Report Posted June 26, 2003 Triple X vs. America's Most Wanted easily.
Guest CoreyLazarus416 Posted June 26, 2003 Report Posted June 26, 2003 Death Sentence...FROM THE TOP OF THE CAGE~! XXX/AMW easily.
EL DANDY~! Posted June 26, 2003 Report Posted June 26, 2003 If what everybody is saying about that cage match is true, I'm buying the replay...
Astro101 Posted June 26, 2003 Report Posted June 26, 2003 Kash vs. Watts Yea right...CAGE MATCH BABY!
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Posted June 26, 2003 Report Posted June 26, 2003 Technically...this wasn't the first wek of year two. The first show ran the week of June 19th 2002. Therefore the last show of the year would have to run the week of June 12th 2003 or you're overlapping. The one year anniversarry show actually ran on TNA year 2, week 1 and this week was week 2. It's a pet peeve of mine, and TNA got it wrong too.
Astro101 Posted June 26, 2003 Report Posted June 26, 2003 I know TNA counted the X division special as part of their weeks/shows. Maybe you should just go along and count it too...it's confusing for simple minded folk like me, reading a Week 50 preview for show 51.
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Posted June 26, 2003 Report Posted June 26, 2003 I refuse to count that. That would be like counting a midseason repeat of a show as a new episode.
Astro101 Posted June 26, 2003 Report Posted June 26, 2003 But...shows do count clip shows as a new episode.
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Posted June 26, 2003 Report Posted June 26, 2003 Only if they are very lame and or lazy. I'm not counting it. And they screwed up this being week 2 of year 2 out of their own inability to understand where things begin and end.
Guest The Last Free Voice Posted June 26, 2003 Report Posted June 26, 2003 I have to go with the cage match even tho I loved Sabin- Frankie. Maybe a four way with Kazarian, London, Punk and Sabin for the X title is in the near future.
EL DANDY~! Posted June 26, 2003 Report Posted June 26, 2003 DAMES! DID YOU SEE WHAT LAST FREE VOICE WROTE? TELL MR. WEST THE SAME THING. I WANT THAT MATCH PRONTO. Ahem, sorry, I just had to say that. That match...if given at least 20-30 minutes, would be nothing short of AWESOME.
Guest J*ingus Posted June 26, 2003 Report Posted June 26, 2003 Cage match, cage match, CAGE MATCH. That was the single greatest thing I've ever seen Storm or Harris do, and I've been watching them here in the locals for over three years now. Harris is supposedly booked to work a show I'm on this Saturday, I hope he's still alive to do it after that dive! (My first thought upon seeing the cage: "Wow, that's tall. No cage dives tonight, I guess." BOY was I wrong.) And XXX was great too. I've always liked Chris Daniels, but this was the show where I finally realized how damn good Elix Skipper can be too. Awesome, awesome match overall.
Guest Mindless_Aggression Posted June 27, 2003 Report Posted June 27, 2003 Cage match with ease, it was nice of Elix Skipper to die for my pleasure. I'm still not convinced AMW are anything above okay but hell, at least they're a real tag team.
HandofFate Posted June 27, 2003 Report Posted June 27, 2003 What...no one wanted to include the Hard 10 Match on the list? LMAO Cage Match, pute and simple
Guest The Notorious CRD Posted June 27, 2003 Report Posted June 27, 2003 The cage match was EASILY the match of the night. I hope TNA can start delivering matches like that on a more consistent basis.
