I read the other day Vince has been critisized for putting Steph in some recent controversial angle.

I dont get Smackdown.

I think they are doing it to put more heat on Vince (like they need to considering he is SmackDown!'s top heel...).

 

They are also using it as a way for Steph and Zack to align, which doesn't make sense since Zack's 'best friend' is Mr America, who got Steph in all that trouble from the start.

 

It would make more compelling TV if Steph were to hate Mr America, yet Steph be the one that can give Zack a contract. This way, Zack has to choose between a friendship with Mr America and a contract. They can draw this out a number of ways i.e. either turning and getting a contract or siding with Hogan and going about getting a contract another way (this way they could eventually bring Vince into it).

 

Trouble is, the above makes sense...

I don't think there actually making a angle out of it. The announcers don't even bring it up. It will probably be forgotten about after next week. It was just a reason to make Steph allign with Zach and be against Vince.

 

As far as Steph's looks go, I really don't think she's manly looking at all. She's a little thick, but not overly muscular and she still has a very pretty face.
