It looks like they're going to have Benoit vs Gunn at Vengenace for the US title with Rhyno somehow costing Benoit the match to set up their feud. Hopefully, the WWE will try to swerve us and put Eddy in the finals as well.

I think this is their way of trying to get smarks to buy the PPV. The possibility of two Eddy matches, two Benoit matches, and Rey/Kidman v. TGTTE.

 

Well, we'll get Gunn winning the title, one Eddy and Benoit match, and the tag title match will be less than 10 minutes.

Show and The Greatest Tag Team Ever (new name for Haas & Benjamin) over Brock. Awesome ending as Brock pulls steel stairs up to the table, prepares to drop Show off the stairs.. then Show reverses, and chokeslams Lesnar onto the table. Great-looking spot.

So, Big Show beat Brock again? That sucks.

 

What happened to Haas & Benjamin being called "The Best Damn Tag Team Period?"

Fox Sports might have raised a complaint about it.

 

And we don't know HOW Dragon jobbed, so that might make a bit of difference in how this match is perceived. Oh, and WON-LOSS RECORDS DON'T REALLY MATTER because a) This is not a sport and b) Rey Misterio hasn't won on PPV EVER and no mark seems to think he sucks as a result.

Smackdown opens with an Angle promo, Cena interrupts to run off some rhymes

and before you know it Angle and Cena are having a rap battle with the

Hebner kid doing beatbox again, just like he did for Kendrick a couple of

months ago. It was pretty funny stuff actually, Angle looked like he was

really having fun and the crowd loved it. Somewhere in there they announce

that the Vengeance main event will now be a three way between Angle, Lesnar

and Show. Later on in the show there were a few more of those comedic Angle

/ Lesnar segments too.

Oh, goodie.

My thoughts on Dragon jobbing (was it clean?)

 

I have complete faith in the WWE to completely and utterly destroy Dragon. Still, I don't think he's quite ruint yet. They shouldn't have him jobbing out on his 2nd tevelised match but that doesn't mean the WWE bookers have dug themselves too deep a hole in the ground. However the WWE has started to dig that hole and I wouldn't be surprised at all to see that hole getting bigger and bigger by the time it's all said and done. Remember-Ultimo is Japanese. That's worse than being from WCW.

You know what? Vince is just pissing on everyone, especially puroresu fans who believes that the japanese product is far superior than the wwe. Ultimo Dragon is jobbed in his 2nd match just to piss puro fans off for their belief, that is what they are doing.

 

On Zack Gowen, they are stuffing him down our throats so much it makes those who can't wait to see his wwe debut match lose most of their interest.
