What was funnier?

I think they were both equally as funny. Since both of these men are portrayed as "monsters" who can't be beaten it was very funny to see them both fuck up like they did.

Eh,

Nothing will beat Motegi jumping on the ropes and promptly falling on his ass at the 94 J-Cup or Eddie tripping on the ropes at WMX-7.

Well Kane recovered well and although everyone in the room laughed, people were saying how well he did to regain his balance.

Goldberg on the other hand had us in stitches. There were a lot of Goldberg haters and yes he regained his baalance, but it was the fact he was trying to look a badass doing moves he knows nothing about and then slipping up.

Your next world champion, ladies and gentlemen...

I agree he looked stupid, but he does know how to do those moves. He actually knows some MMA, but he just slipped.

Kane took the slip in stride and Redid the Spot and even missed for effect, so good for him.

But if we wanna go into Blown spots and Misque Championship

Great Sasuke vs Jushin Liger j Cup 94, Sasuke slipped, Jushin liger laughed then Sasuke Just Hopped up and Rana'd Liger down for the pin like in 5 seconds after the accident .

No Test just got stuck in the ropes. There was a point, it got edited off of releases so you need a copy of the live PPV to see, where Eddie was going through the ropes to the outside and completely trips and falls.

No he's talking about Eddy when he tried to exit the ring to help Test who was caught in the ropes. Eddy tripped and fell out of the ring. They edited it out of the home video/DVD release of X7.

good thing I got the live copy where Test is hanging there like a goof for a full 2-3 minutes while Saturn, whom was there to harass him was trying to help him out of the ropes.

Yeah the whole saga of Test getting caught in the ropes is one of my favorite memories.

Also can't forget Teddy Long's 3 count during the X-Pac/Gangrel match at the 99 Royal Rumble.

Well of course they would try to get him out of the ropes-

Eddy can't win the title if Test is stuck in the ropes

I was more annoyed with Angle and Brock blowing the F-5/DDT counter and then doing it again. It was pretty obvious that it was a counter, even if it was a tad sloppy.

Kane's flub could have been better if he had just jumped off the apron and pummelled RVD to take out his frustrations. Instead, he redid the jump and RVD moved, rendering his gaff even more foolish.

Nothing says bush league like re-doing a spot.

Yeah I had always heard redoing a blown spot was one of the biggest sins you could commit in pro wrestling.

What made it more believable in those blown spots with angle v lesnar is the intensity of the match up to that point, you can think Lesnar is just tired on his feet and can do the slip up they played it up like it was such a Planned counter.

Not as bad as course as the Lesnar Shooting Star Press turn into a Shooting star Headbutt onto the canvus.

Gangrel caught X-Pac with some move and covers. Long makes a 3 count, all the while X-Pac doesn't kick out, and then promptly ignores it and the match goes on. One of the loudest "you f'ed up" chants that I've ever heard.

Re-doing blown spots is a pet hate of mine, but last night both Kane and Angle had to re-do them as they were big transition moves in terms of the match.

Actually in Kane's Case I think that was one of the first times he tried his Flying clothesline onto someone on the Floor instead of the ring.

Shh! You're not allowed to say that...this a thread so we can all hate on Goldberg and Kane's slips, but FORGET Angle's. Just like me and Bionic Redneck said in another thread. Angle is god, Angle is rule, Angle is perfect. It was planned that Angle would slip...and it was good damn it.
