Guest Dynamite Kido Report post Posted August 26, 2003 WOW, what the fuck was that? You know this really sucks. I had a shitty day at work yesterday, and it was the night after a PPV. What a better time to rely on wrestling to take your mind off your day, right? W-R-O-N-G. That clusterfuck known as RAW is still hurting my head from last night. First off, what the hell with HHH taking shots at Angle? Now, I don't wanna come off as some Angle fanboy and let me get that straight first. I however don't see ANY point in HHH personally mentioning the champion of the OTHER show. I thought there was a brand extention? I thought they didn't exist to each other? Well at least to everybody but Vince McMahon, who seems to be on every god damn show they do every week. This proves that HHH has apparently realized that he has buried everyone on his RAW roster and now it's time to go after the champion who actually won his title in the ring. Now, I am not saying that this was a shoot, or anything of that nature. The fact that the writers or anyone on the company side of things would let HHH do this is totally unacceptable. Plus, while watching RAW last night I honestly thought I had been watching the old WWF Wrestling Challenge. The reason I say that is because I get the feeling half of the roster from last night were all jobbers. Yea, jobbers. Mark Henry, Garrison Cade, Jindrak, Rodney Mack........all jobbers......enhancement talent. There is NOTHING that will make any of these guys people that we care about. N-O-T-H-I-N-G. Sorry, I know this is all negative. But honestly that is all I saw last night. Shane apparently took Jericho apart and killed Kane. Dare I ask, what the fuck? Really, this shit reminds me more and more each day of the demise of WCW. But let's keep hope......or at least all of out tapes, so we don't forget what good wrestling is or was. FUCK THE MCMAHONS!!!!!!!!!! ALL OF THEM!!!!! EVEN SHANE!!!!!
Guest nikowwf Report post Posted August 26, 2003 Actually, HHH mentioning Angle is fine, as it makes the brand extension seem even more seperate as its like when WCW insulted WWE. HOWEVER, they will not let Angle respond most likely, and if thats the case its totally bogus. niko
dubq 0 Report post Posted August 26, 2003 I dunno. I kind of enjoy when Rodney Mack comes on.. if only because it means we get to entertained by uncle Teddy. His dancing cracks me up too. Though, I'm kinda disappointed that they stuck him with Mark the windbag Henry. Though, if anyone can get him over as a heel, it's Theodore Long.

Youth N Asia 0 Report post Posted August 26, 2003 Teddy's a great speaker, just wish they'd give him a little something to work with.
JasonX 0 Report post Posted August 26, 2003 How long until Coach joins Teddy's Stable? Probably after JR and Austin finish taking turns symbollicly anally raping him in the ring.

Guest Trivia247 Report post Posted August 26, 2003 Though, if anyone can get him over as a heel, it's Theodore Long. Well, considering he hasn'tbeen able to get Rodney Mack over, what makes you think he can get Henry over? Keep in mind Long never really had a decent bunch of characters to put over in the past.. Remember Doom? Remember the original Skyscrapers? Butch Reed and Ron Simmons they might have gotten fan reaction....Might... but at that time it was atlanta and the two Big Black men Gasppp they were heels bah gawd weren't they always heel back then in WCW in the early 90's. Even if they had creative personalities for them it didn't matter. Not that wrestling fans have evolved much. then Mark Callous and Dan Spivy... ever wonder why Mark's original Undertaker gimmick was a Hit? Because he didn't have to stretch so far for it. Look at Old Sky scraper matches Mark must have been Auditioning for it since 89. Kinda sad that the best Gimmick they could ever come up for Spivy was Waylon Mercy. Long doesn't have much experience getting people over hugely...He just manages Huge Hoss Men. and thats what we got here.... Rodney Mack the Fucked up Tiger drivering, Submission/Bad News Brown/JYD combo and Mark henry..who seems bigger than he was in Smackdown 1 year ago and can't seem to move faster than a overly muscled Hobble. Cherry Blossom Viscount 0 Report post Posted August 26, 2003 They should have just let Mack continue his streak despite not being over, it worked for Orton.
