What is this based on? I hope it's not workrate/talent, because then they're alleging:

HHH>AJ

Big Show>Kobashi

Cena>Benoit

Booker T>Rey

to name a few. And saying that would be ridiculous. Is it popularity, top-tierness, what?

Woah...the PWI 500 is shit? What a surprise....

Even from a kayfabed point of view why the fudge is Big Show or Mutoh that high?

I'm pretty sure that the PWI goes on win/loss records from August to August.

Or at least that is part of it...

Im surprised that no-one is complaining about Brock at the top. Mind you it could have been worse.

Anyways, being a bit of an AJ Styles mark, Im not happy that he is that far down in the list.

But that's a biased view.

Even so ... Im wondering the same thing as prototype, it's not as if the win loss record for Team Angle members has been amazingly different, mind you, Im not taking OVW into acccount here, but still, I might still be right. They are also used the same and havent had an amazing influence on the industry. So why ?

Shelton Benjamin made it pretty high on the list i think hes like 31, i remeber when this list ment somthing, i HHH is rated to high same with muta. i dont really have a problem with the big show being rated so high, he was at the top of the card for most of the year, he had some good matches, i think he had the best year for a big man since vader in the early 90's, i think there are too many wwe guys in the top 25, RVD did nothing this year ring wise, booker t s work had died but he did co main event manina so that helps him out

Cena over Benoit automatically disqualifies this list from having any sort of credibility.

*plays "My Heart Bleeds For You" on World's Smallest Violin.*

Remember, this is based on their year. Benoit hasnt been allowed to have that good a year. And the reason that Cena is higher than Benoit is that Cena can work crowds, and is one of the few that actually does *GASP* in ring promos that dont ramble on for 30-40 minutes. short, to the point, full of smart referances (The Dynamite Ripoff comment comes to mind...)...so, yes, Cena did better than Benoit this year.

Oh, and these are only opinions.

Benoit has put on the best match in the WWE and quite possibly pro wrestling in general this year. I don't see how Cena's work, promo's or not, can best that.

How often has Benoit been lowercard? Crap, for a while, he was just on Velocity. He's only began to move up the card again, after Wrestlemania, when the US Tournament began.

Cena's got a nice litttle hole in the midcard, and has stayed in it for a decently large amount of time. He even had a World Title shot, getting wins over Taker AND Benoit.

So when taking into account his solid card spot, world title shot, and being able to reach an audience that WWE hasn't for...well, the last white rapper was Road Dogg, and not even HE could make it work...then yes, Cena had a better year than Benoit.

And for god's sake, it's a difference of one number!

SIDE NOTE: However, I dont think that the list is all that logical. American Dragon should be at least 51, or in the top 50.

How is Jericho so high? He isn't allowed to win wrestling matches anymore.

What the fuck do these morons get high on when they make these lists?

Brock at #1? HHH at #2?

Those two spots should be Jericho and Angle, in either order. Brock shouldn't be near the top 499. He should be dead last. A man that has to break another man's neck because he throws a temper tantrum, deserves dead last.

Why should they? From a kayfabed point of view neither have made THAT much progress and from a "smart" point of view neither are THAT good.

...or anything more than average (Angle) and inconsistent (Jericho).

Brock was defending himself. Bob Holly was trying to be a bully and tough guy by roughing up the rookie. Bob Holly had it coming to him.

Oh that is such bullshit.

Little Brocky-poo was defending himself from the meanie Bob Holly. Yeah, sure....

If Brock was defending himself, why didn't he just slap a real chokehold on Holly and make him tap out the hard way so no one got hurt?

Oh, thats right, because Brock is a big fucking baby. He was all pissy because Holly was stiff, like he is for every fucking match of his life, and Brock decides to break his neck.

Yeah, thats really defending yourself there Brock. Breaking another mans neck when you could have simply just slapped on a real chokehold or submission to make him pass out to end the match.

But what angers me more is, the fact that his push continued after Brock broke Holly's neck. I would enjoy Holly coming back, and being allowed to beat the hell out of Brock for breaking his neck.

Brock could take Holly.

But anyway I can hardly see management letting lower card nobody Bob Holly beat up main eventer Brock Lesnar for punishment.
