What would yours be? Also, What you your dream War Games Match be. Mine Would Be Benoit, Van Dam, Benjamin,Booker T , Eddie Guerrero vs. Jericho, Mysterio, ANgle,Knoble, and Ultimo Edited September 7, 2003 by DarthLordOfWrestling
Guest Choken One Posted September 7, 2003 Report Posted September 7, 2003 Fuck the Chamber WAR GAMES!!! 5 on 5 Team Raw Jericho, RVD, Dudleys and Flair Vs Team Smackdown Benoit, Angle, Haas, Benjamin, Taker
Guest Coffey Posted September 7, 2003 Report Posted September 7, 2003 I like the way that the Elimination Chamber looks, but once you get past all the glitz and glamour, it's just a glorified clusterfuck. Give me a one on one cage match anyway. I'm talking the old WWF "blue bars" cage too...not this fence bullshit. I feel the same way for "War Games."
haVoc Posted September 7, 2003 Report Posted September 7, 2003 Yeah, WAR GAMES! Swollow your pride instead of Triple H's man juice for once Vince and give us MOTHERFUCKIN' WAR GAMES!!!!!!!
Guest Choken One Posted September 7, 2003 Report Posted September 7, 2003 WWE should show TNA how to REALLY fucking do a war games...
The Czech Republic Posted September 7, 2003 Report Posted September 7, 2003 War Games would've been great around Wrestlemania: Angle, Haas, Benjamin, Big Show, A-Train vs. Lesnar, Eddie, Chavo, Benoit, Rhyno
Guest DarthLordOfWrestling Posted September 7, 2003 Report Posted September 7, 2003 Can someone explain to me what war games is. All I know is that there are two rings put together in a cage and its five on five. Am I right and what else is there to know.

Guest Choken One Posted September 7, 2003 Report Posted September 7, 2003 It's Two sets of teams... It's like a Royal Rumble... You start with one men from each team and every 3 minutes a new person comes in. No one can be eliminated until all men have entered then it's THE MATCH BEYOND. Where the team can only win via Surrender or Submission... It's traditionaly a Double ring cage...and is a bloody battle field...

Other facts: created by Dutha Rose, and is generally regarded alongside the Royal Rumble as the best gimmick match. I really need to get a hold of Wrestlewar 92 to see the one with Austin and the rest of the Dangerous Alliance, I've seen others, but apparently that's the ebst one.
Guest Coffey Posted September 7, 2003 Report Posted September 7, 2003 Other facts: created by Dutha Rose Were you that troll that posted here for awhile? Dutha Rose.
Guest Choken One Posted September 7, 2003 Report Posted September 7, 2003 Nothing can TOUCH War Games 1992... Ten Wrestlers...8 giged like a motherfucker... Great introwoven storylines...8 great workers and Koloff and Zybysko as well... Personally, Austin was the star of this match
Guest Choken One Posted September 7, 2003 Report Posted September 7, 2003 Other facts: created by Dutha Rose Were you that troll that posted here for awhile? Dutha Rose. What? Dutha Rose is Dusty Rhodes. The man responsible for the cheap Finish, Bunkhouse Brawl, Battlebowl and other shit...
The Czech Republic Posted September 7, 2003 Report Posted September 7, 2003 Other facts: created by Dutha Rose Were you that troll that posted here for awhile? Dutha Rose. No, I was Jimm Ross. I sent people, places, things, and concepts to OVW. I just remembered Dutha Rose so I used that.
Guest Coffey Posted September 7, 2003 Report Posted September 7, 2003 You don't think Koloff was a good worker!?
caboose Posted September 7, 2003 Report Posted September 7, 2003 WAR GAMES OWN EVERY GIMMICK MATCH EVER. As for a Smackdown elimination chamber because RAW has been done twice... Brock Lesnar Vs. Kurt Angle Vs. Eddie Guerrero Vs. Chris Benoit Vs. Rey Mysterio Vs. Rhyno Kinda obvious.
Guest Choken One Posted September 7, 2003 Report Posted September 7, 2003 You don't think Koloff was a good worker!? in 1992? Nope.
Guest Choken One Posted September 7, 2003 Report Posted September 7, 2003 WAR GAMES OWN EVERY GIMMICK MATCH EVER. As for a Smackdown elimination chamber because RAW has been done twice... Brock Lesnar Vs. Kurt Angle Vs. Eddie Guerrero Vs. Chris Benoit Vs. Rey Mysterio Vs. Rhyno Kinda obvious. Royal Rumble SLIGHTLY beats War Games...slightly...but there are only 4 worthwhile Games, while at least EVERY RUMBLE save for 1996 had something memorable...
LooseCannon25 Posted September 7, 2003 Report Posted September 7, 2003 Definitely Wargames......... Raw vs. Smackdown Ultimate Wargames Match Raw: Goldberg HHH Jericho Kane RVD vs. Smackdown: Lesnar Angle Benoit Eddie Undertaker

Don't forget 1999, which forever bastardized The Match That Patterson Built. Let's rank the gimmicks: Tied for 1: Royal Rumble (Patterson) and War Games (Rhodes)' 3: Ladder Match (Hart?) 4: Survivor Series (Patterson?) Continue or revise at will
LooseCannon25 Posted September 7, 2003 Report Posted September 7, 2003 Well, LEt me also list the EC match for both brands since that was the question Raw: HHH vs. Goldberg vs. Jericho vs. Booker T vs. RVD vs. Kane Smackdown: Brock vs. Angle vs. Benoit vs. Eddie vs. Rhyno vs. Undertaker
Guest Choken One Posted September 7, 2003 Report Posted September 7, 2003 With that one I'd go RVD/Benoit to start... Follow with Team SMD, Eddy next then Jericho then Taker then Kane, then Angle then Hunts then Brock then Goldberg... Have a spot where Benoit has RVD in cross-face, Angle has Kane in Angle Lock, Hunter has Eddy in Deathlock, Taker has Berg in Triangle choke and Jericho has Lesnar in Walls...
JN News Posted September 7, 2003 Report Posted September 7, 2003 Team RAW:HHH, Orton, Jericho, Christian, Kane vs. Team Smackdown:Lesnar, Angle, Edge, Benoit, Eddie
Guest The Decadent Slacker Posted September 7, 2003 Report Posted September 7, 2003 I've only seen one WarGames (Bash '87), & it was awesome. I'd say Rumble has the edge though, based on the fact that more guys are able to be in it. Wargames: SD! Vs RAW RAW: HHH, Goldberg, Kane, Jericho & Christian/Rock (based on availibility) SD!: Angle, Brock, Taker, Eddie & Cena (Benoit is great, but his style might be out of place given the other participants, save Jericho) EC: Eddie Vs Angle Vs Rhyno Vs Brock Vs Benoit Vs RVD
DangerousDamon Posted September 7, 2003 Report Posted September 7, 2003 SD!: Angle, Brock, Taker, Eddie & Cena (Benoit is great, but his style might be out of place given the other participants, save Jericho) benoit's style would out of place yea right if you saw him in the war games where henning turned on the horsemen, he went fucking beserk.
Kahran Ramsus Posted September 8, 2003 Report Posted September 8, 2003 Benoit's a far more versatile wrestler than Guerrero is. He can brawl with the best of them. Remember the stuff with Sullivan and Raven?
razazteca Posted September 8, 2003 Report Posted September 8, 2003 1) Mexico vs Japan in a 6 corner ring with both the blue bar and chain link cages. Eddy, Chavo, Rey vs Tajiri, Ultimo, Funaki or Black Tiger 3 if he was around. 2) Team Angle vs Noble, Hurricane, RVD
Hogan Made Wrestling Posted September 8, 2003 Report Posted September 8, 2003 Elimination Chamber: Vince McMahon vs. Bret Hart vs. Shawn Michaels vs. Eric Bischoff vs. Ric Flair vs. Hulk Hogan.

Remember the stuff with Sullivan and Raven? Oh, I remember. I think because of his great technical wrestling, a lot of forget that Benoit is also a great brawler. Play WCW Nitro and listen to his rant.
