MrRant 0 Report post Posted September 30, 2003 (edited) Official info with price, specs, & extras 9/29/2003 I know, I know...we've been teasing you for almost a week now with bits and pieces about a DVD release for Curb Your Enthusiasm. Well, HBO and distributer Warner Brothers has finally let loose with the official goods, and here's what they've got to say: He's got it all, a loving wife, good friends, a successful career, a good home... What could go wrong for Larry David? Curb Your Enthusiasm stars Seinfeld co-creator Larry David as himself in an unsparing, cinema verite depiction of his life. Featuring real life celebrities playing themselves, the episodes are improvised by the actors from storylines by David. As you can tell from this now-easy-to-see cover art graphic, HBO is having a lot of fun with "The Many Moods of Larry David" (gee, they all look the same, don't they?). They also make it clear that this contains "10 Episodes Plus the One-Hour Special". Still planning to street on 1/13/04, this 2-Disc 390-minute set will list for $39.98. Video will be Full Frame (1.33:1), and stereo soundtracks and subtitles are all available in English, French, and Spanish. The supplements announced for these DVDs are: Audio commentary with Larry David, Jeff Garlin, Cheryl Hines, and Bob Weide; an exclusive interview with Larry David conducted by Bob Costas of HBO's "On the Record", and episodic previews. Join the Golden Globe winning show this coming January for their rookie season full of great guest shots including those by Kathy Griffin, Ten Danson, Mary Steenburgen, Diane Keaton, and Seinfeld's Julia Louis-Dreyfus. Youth N Asia 0 Report post Posted September 30, 2003 I like the show. But I don't think enough of it to buy it on DVD. It's only 10 half hour episodes...it would have to be cheap.
art_vandelay 0 Report post Posted September 30, 2003 Does anyone else have a thing for Cheryl? I mean, it's not like she looks incredibly young, but she looks hot for her age.
Youth N Asia 0 Report post Posted September 30, 2003 Does anyone else have a thing for Cheryl? I mean, it's not like she looks incredibly young, but she looks hot for her age. I completly agree, IMDB has her list as 38, but she looks good.

Guest EQ Report post Posted October 1, 2003 For those who haven't seen the show, think of it as Seinfeld-style humor, only uncensored. It's a great show. I'll buy the set as long as it's not really, rediculously overpriced.
