HarleyQuinn Posted October 10, 2003 Report Posted October 10, 2003 Harley: The Gotham Harlequins proudly select Point Guard Jason Williams(Former King) with the 3rd pick in the 4th Round.
alfdogg Posted October 10, 2003 Report Posted October 10, 2003 Damn, I forgot all about him. I still would've picked Curry though.
razazteca Posted October 10, 2003 Report Posted October 10, 2003 4) Lightning Flik 5) cartman 6) Sandman9000
HarleyQuinn Posted October 10, 2003 Report Posted October 10, 2003 Damn, I forgot all about him. I still would've picked Curry though. Yeah, somewhat of an overlooked player and a nice selection in the 4th. I really needed somebody to fill out my Assists category and he looked to be the best fit since I have boards/blocks/points covered.
razazteca Posted October 10, 2003 Report Posted October 10, 2003 Jason Williams was #3 in assist in the NBA last year, I almost took him in Round 3 but I needed a guard who could score so I took Mr Ugly instead.
HarleyQuinn Posted October 10, 2003 Report Posted October 10, 2003 I think ya mean #4...Marbury's listed at #3 with 654 while J-Will had 631. So I now have the #4 guy in Assists, #1 guy in Blocks and #5 and #8 guys in rebounds :)
razazteca Posted October 10, 2003 Report Posted October 10, 2003 The downside to Jason Williams is that his shot selection, the guy will shoot six 3 pointers in a row before he decides to go for a layup or make a fancy behind the back no look pass.
HarleyQuinn Posted October 10, 2003 Report Posted October 10, 2003 Yeah...but thankfully we don't have FG% so that really doesn't bother me much I also like the fact he can dish to Pau and Battier though, so I can expect at least 4-5 assists a night.
Lightning Flik Posted October 10, 2003 Report Posted October 10, 2003 The Crimson Storm select: Â F/C Brian Grant of the Miami Heat
razazteca Posted October 10, 2003 Report Posted October 10, 2003 Cassell gets to pass to Garnet, Wally, Spree, thats about 10 assist a game ever night! Â Nice pickup of Jason Williams anyway he will help in 3 pointers, assist, steals.
Lightning Flik Posted October 10, 2003 Report Posted October 10, 2003 Ok... Did my pick just get no sold? Oh bloody hades.
Lightning Flik Posted October 10, 2003 Report Posted October 10, 2003 he has nice hair. I picked him for rebounds. That's all. Â And I wasn't sure if anyone even noticed.
razazteca Posted October 10, 2003 Report Posted October 10, 2003 Kendal Gill wishes he had hair as good as Grant.
razazteca Posted October 10, 2003 Report Posted October 10, 2003 6) Sandman9000 7) Smells the ratings!! 8) razateca

Guest Smell the ratings!!! Posted October 10, 2003 Report Posted October 10, 2003 my pick is being decided by coin flip. Â aaaaaaaaaand it's tails! Â The Alleged Rapists select Bulls PG Jamal Crawford
the pinjockey Posted October 10, 2003 Report Posted October 10, 2003 Nice coin you've got there Ratings.
Guest Smell the ratings!!! Posted October 10, 2003 Report Posted October 10, 2003 I would tell you who was on the other side, but then someone would take him. Â of course I have to wait 16 picks, so I assume someone will take him anyway.
razazteca Posted October 10, 2003 Report Posted October 10, 2003 Carmelo Anthony Forward Nuggets  ROOKIE OF THE YEAR~
Guest Smell the ratings!!! Posted October 10, 2003 Report Posted October 10, 2003 Next up: Alkeiper On deck: Johnson In the hole: Mindless Agression
the pinjockey Posted October 10, 2003 Report Posted October 10, 2003 :kicks Ratings and Raz in the junk and steals coins: Â That is enough of that from you two. And yes I am contradicting my earlier don't plan too far ahead statement. Those were two of the remaining few I like.
EVIL~! alkeiper Posted October 10, 2003 Report Posted October 10, 2003 With our fourth round pick, the Pocono Poison select Michael Redd, of the Milwaukee Bucks.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted October 11, 2003 Author Report Posted October 11, 2003 I might get my picks in tonight.. Â Hmm. Â *gets in the draft war room*
razazteca Posted October 11, 2003 Report Posted October 11, 2003 Well I did not consider him until today as I check preseason scores I notice Carmelo made 19 points in the game so I had to draft him. I was going to pick a Center but decided to take the risk with the rookie.
HarleyQuinn Posted October 11, 2003 Report Posted October 11, 2003 Wowz...nice to see the Draft finally beginning to move along
