BlackFlagg 0 Report post Posted February 10, 2004 Besides, would he be running Wayne Enterprises at that age anyway? What age will Wayne be....if he's the same age as Clark then shouldn't he be out training across the world learning the various skills he will use when he becomes Batman....so either he's older or they will have to be a good reason for him showing up....either way I can't wait to see how it goes
Guest EQ Report post Posted February 10, 2004 As long as they don't put Bruce over Clark, I don't think I'll have a problem with whatever they come up with.

Guest Askewniverse Report post Posted February 12, 2004 After last week's episode and tonight's Lana-Adam segment, I no longer think that Adam is Bruce Wayne.
Guest EQ Report post Posted February 12, 2004 Yeah, Adam isn't Wayne. But it was a good theory
Guest Askewniverse Report post Posted February 12, 2004 Yeah, Adam isn't Wayne. But it was a good theory Yeah, it was a decent theory, due to the similarities between the two characters. It will be interesting when the "real" Bruce Wayne makes an appearance.
Anakin Flair 0 Report post Posted February 12, 2004 The song at the end of the episode- who sang it before?
Guest EQ Report post Posted February 12, 2004 This was a very... weird episode. It wasn't a typical episode at all.
Guest Ghettoman Report post Posted February 12, 2004 I never really watched this show, and hell I didn't even watch enough of tonight to know whats going on... But I thought the convo between Lex and Clark was awesome with the whole crossing the moral line bit, sets up there future fued damn near perfectly. I think I have a new pre-OC show. Anakin Flair 0 Report post Posted February 12, 2004 Fuck the OC. Watch Angel. NExt week looks.... interesting. Half naked chicks, at least.
Guest EQ Report post Posted February 12, 2004 Heh, if you liked that conversation between Clark and Lex, you should get caught up on the previous seasons. They've alluded to the Lex/Superman feud countless times. LOL, next week looks like "Smallville meets Swimfan"
Jebus 0 Report post Posted February 12, 2004 The song at the end of the episode- who sang it before? That was Oasis' "Wonderwall" sung by someone else
Conspiracy_Victim 0 Report post Posted February 12, 2004 The song at the end of the episode- who sang it before? That was Oasis' "Wonderwall" sung by someone else Ryan Adams. That's all I've got really. Strange episode, looking forward to Fatal Attraction/Swimfan/generic hot stalker chick following Clark and threatening Lana. Wonder if she goes after Chloe too? Kurt Angle Mark 0 Report post Posted February 12, 2004 Yeah, Adam isn't Wayne. But it was a good theory Yeah Adam isn't Bruce, he is Smallville's version of Bizarro.
Guest EQ Report post Posted February 12, 2004 How do you figure that?
Kurt Angle Mark 0 Report post Posted February 13, 2004 How do you figure that? Because in the comics the name of the doctor that created Bizarro is Dr. Teng, which is the name of the doctor on Smallville, although in the comics the character was male. Second she was the woman that was in Lionel limo testing Clark's blood to see if it was the same type when Morgan Edge brought Lionel the blood sample back. Guest EQ Report post Posted February 13, 2004 That would be an awesome storyline. Adam is kind of a bootleg clone of Clark. Although, I was under the impression that Bizarro was from an alternate universe. I remember on Superman TAS, he was a clone that Lex Luthor tried to make, but I thought in the comics he was from an alternate universe. Interesting
Kurt Angle Mark 0 Report post Posted February 13, 2004 I remember on Superman TAS, he was a clone that Lex Luthor tried to make. The comics have the same storyline, Dr. Teng worked for Luthor.
BlackFlagg 0 Report post Posted February 18, 2004 Well just finished watching season 1 for the first time. Enjoyed it quite a bit, was very much a monster of the week season but it did what a good first season should. It established the main charecters and laid the ground work for the more heavy storylines of season 2.
Guest EQ Report post Posted February 18, 2004 The show gets better in seasons 2 and 3. A lot better.
BlackFlagg 0 Report post Posted February 18, 2004 I know, I started watching towards the end of season 2 and it's one of my regularly watched shows now I may have to go DL season 2 episodes, don't know if I can wait till May for the DVD, damn cliffhanger season finale <shakes fist> heh
Guest EQ Report post Posted February 18, 2004 Haha! When I originally watched that on TV I was like... "OH FUCK! NOW I HAVE TO WAIT!" Smallville seems to like the cliffhanger season finales. At least it's almost a guarantee that a show is coming back for a new season when the season finale is a cliffhanger.
BlackFlagg 0 Report post Posted February 18, 2004 oh yeah, I know how the wait is...I'm a massive X-Files nut and they sure did love there cliffhanger finales too, heh
Guest EQ Report post Posted February 18, 2004 X-Files is awesome. I used to watch it back when it was on and now I've been watching the first season on DVD. The season sets are too damn expensive though!

Yeah as much as I love the show I do hate the cliffhangers but, it does how built up the wait for the new season. Question I know now a days it's common for hour long shows to end their seasons with cliffhangers but, I've notice that it seems that comedies are now doing it. I can understand an hour long show but, I really see now reason for a half hour comedy to do something like that.
