It would give Haas and Benjamin something constructive, and also, I think Chavo's turn would come across much better if it happened on PPV than if they just did it on TV. I see them veering more towards something like a Fatal Fourway Elimination match between Brock, Angle, Cena, and Benoit for the Heavyweight Title. They COULD put Benoit in a title match at such a big PPV - but knowing WWE, they probably won't. And as for that WWE Cruiserweight Survivor Series-style match, HA! This is Vince McMahon, hoss-lover, we're talking about, aren't we? Vince has no loyalty towards putting any of those guys on a PPV, maybe with the exception of Gowan. This kind of match I can't ever see happen. Maybe something like Tajiri/Hardy/Moore vs. Rey/Kidman/Gowan, and given like 5 minutes, but more than that - probably never. Just not in the plans for Survivor Series - not when we have 2 MALE MCMAHON MATCHES IN ONE NIGHT, BY GAWD!! When it comes to Vince's PPV cards, don't be overly optimistic. Don't be overly pessimistic. Just be realistic. If almost all these cruiserweights didn't even get on Smackdown-only Vengeance or No Mercy, why the fuck would they get on Survivor Series? Last year they didn't do one except the horrible tables match between Jeff Hardy and the Dudleyz vs 3mW, which I don't count. This year, for all we know, the Bischoff vs Austin survivor series could be the ONLY one booked, considering it has an actual story going into it (The Austin being fired/able to do stunners whenever he wants story). Guest Choken One Report post Posted October 23, 2003 It's now like the Rumble, With ONE special Survivor Series match, which I guess is better then none... I don't know WHY they wouldn't just have 4 Survivor Series Matches (two each show) and the world title Matches and the special attraction match (Buried Alive)...It can preserve and continue the good fued and create new ones... I believe they SHOULD somehow get the titles back on WGTT or Los Guerreros and book this match (with their LONG history) and do the Rumble 94 finish with Bret/Owen in their homestate.
