Guest rawmvp Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 So far we have: Vince vs. Taker -- Buried Alive Shane vs. Kane -- First Blood/Inferno Match Goldberg vs. HHH - World Title Brock vs. Benoit - WWE Title Eddy vs. Chavo Angle vs. Cena II Steiner/Y2J/Christian/Orton/Flair vs. RVD/BookerT/HBK/Dudleys Anything else?
Guest Anglesault Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 I'd place money on Steph/Sable for Heyman's job.
Zack Malibu Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 Smackdown Survivor Match, aka Cruiserweight Spotfest Tajiri, Sakoda, Yang, Hardy and Moore vs. Rey Jr., Noble, Kidman, Gowan and Spanky
Guest Anglesault Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 switch the cripple with Ultimo
Zack Malibu Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 Or London, if the Spanky/London team is a long-term deal (even though they got squashed like all hell...).
Papacita Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 I think Eddy and Chavo vs WGTT would be better than Eddy/Chavo. It would give Haas and Benjamin something constructive, and also, I think Chavo's turn would come across much better if it happened on PPV than if they just did it on TV. I like the idea of a Cruiserweight Survivor Series match.
NYU Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 I'll believe a Brock/Benoit Title match at Survivor Series when I see it. I see them veering more towards something like a Fatal Fourway Elimination match between Brock, Angle, Cena, and Benoit for the Heavyweight Title. They COULD put Benoit in a title match at such a big PPV - but knowing WWE, they probably won't. And as for that WWE Cruiserweight Survivor Series-style match, HA! This is Vince McMahon, hoss-lover, we're talking about, aren't we? Vince has no loyalty towards putting any of those guys on a PPV, maybe with the exception of Gowan. This kind of match I can't ever see happen. Maybe something like Tajiri/Hardy/Moore vs. Rey/Kidman/Gowan, and given like 5 minutes, but more than that - probably never. Just not in the plans for Survivor Series - not when we have 2 MALE MCMAHON MATCHES IN ONE NIGHT, BY GAWD!! When it comes to Vince's PPV cards, don't be overly optimistic. Don't be overly pessimistic. Just be realistic. If almost all these cruiserweights didn't even get on Smackdown-only Vengeance or No Mercy, why the fuck would they get on Survivor Series?
Papacita Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 RAW's missing a match. Lita Vs Molly?
Hektik Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 Smackdown Survivor Match, aka Cruiserweight Spotfest Tajiri, Sakoda, Yang, Hardy and Moore vs. Rey Jr., Noble, Kidman, Gowan and Spanky Ryan Sakoda is actualy 6 ft 240 lbs.

Let's see here. They have consistently put on cruiserweight action on SD, and there has been at least one cruiserweight title match on their PPVs, so I could see this Cruiserweight Survivor going on, but probably with the title for grabs to the winner.
BifEverchad Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 The Survivor Series Card, that I would LOVE to see: WWE Championship Match BROCK LESNAR © vs CHRIS BENOIT World Heavyweight Title Match GOLDBERG © vs TRIPLE H Buried Alive Match THE UNDERTAKER vs VINCE MCMAHON RAW Survivor Series Elimination Match TEAM AUSTIN BOOKER T, ROB VAN DAM, LANCE STORM & THE DUDLEY BOYZ vs TEAM BISCHOFF CHRIS JERICHO, SCOTT STEINER, CHRISTIAN & LA RESISTANCE RAW Survivor Series Elimination Match TEAM EVOLUTION RIC FLAIR, RANDY ORTON, BATISTA & MARK HENRY vs TEAM HBK SHAWN MICHAELS, MAVEN, MARK JINDRAK & GARRISON CADE SMACKDOWN! USC Wuz Robbed! Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 How do you know they will have the traditional survivor series matches? Last year they didn't do one except the horrible tables match between Jeff Hardy and the Dudleyz vs 3mW, which I don't count. This year, for all we know, the Bischoff vs Austin survivor series could be the ONLY one booked, considering it has an actual story going into it (The Austin being fired/able to do stunners whenever he wants story). Just a question.....
BifEverchad Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 Well, I don't actually know. Thats why I said, the card I would LOVE to see.
USC Wuz Robbed! Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 No, it wasn't really directed to you. A lot of people figured in survivor series matches but really, I thought they abolished the survivor series matches.

You know, considering it is the SURVIVOR SERIES and all. Silly WWE..
Guest Choken One Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 It's now like the Rumble, With ONE special Survivor Series match, which I guess is better then none... I don't know WHY they wouldn't just have 4 Survivor Series Matches (two each show) and the world title Matches and the special attraction match (Buried Alive)...It can preserve and continue the good fued and create new ones... I believe they SHOULD somehow get the titles back on WGTT or Los Guerreros and book this match (with their LONG history) and do the Rumble 94 finish with Bret/Owen in their homestate.
Papacita Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 Guerreros still have the tag belts, right?
USC Wuz Robbed! Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 Guerreros still have the tag belts, right? They do...they won't tomorrow.

Mole Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 I do like BifEverchad's card. Me too, but it will never happen.
Austin3164life Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 I like Choken One's card. I'd actually pay to see that, so it's a good card.
Austin3164life Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 Well, who would you rather pin Flair? Or would you rather have Flair win it for Evolution?
Guest Askewniverse Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 Maven pins Flair??!? Eh, Flair has lost to worse. Like Shane Douglas, for example.
BifEverchad Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 Maven pins Flair??!? Eh, Flair has lost to worse. Like Shane Douglas, for example. or Rico.........on RAW.........for no reason.
