Ummm... there are many people that do have the game over at OperationSports.com. I probably won't be getting the game until X-Mas or something, but I know it is a must-buy for me.

If you liked the previous games in the series, you'll like this game.

FUUUCK YES. I LOVED LOVED LOVED NBA 2K3, so I'll probably trade-in KOTOR, my buggy Madden (I have a fixed copy), and Shnemue II for it.

is it better than the arcadey glitch fest known as NBA Live 2004

Being that I hate EA's Live series, that does not really surpirse me. Live was fucking HORRIBLE last year.

ESPN > Inside Drive > Live

I've decided I'm not getting any sports titles till I get an X-Box as they appear to be the way to go with sports titles. Of course it'll be a good 3months before my disability goes through(fingers crossed) but when it does I'll grab an X-Box and take a class or two in the Spring semester.

what's the X-Box's NBA game like? The X-Box exclusive title that is, I've never played it

Inside Drive is an avaerage arcadey basketball game. It is not NBA Street, or Jam style arcadey, but it isn't that great of a simulation either. It is very fun in two player however.

I've got it for the PS2, love it! Excellent graphics (every face is detailed), the gameplay is still the most realistic and they've implemented this somewhat complicated Iso-mo 1 on 1 system which if you figure it out allows you to do all sorts of fancy moves. Plus there's a new addicting 24/7 mode that uses the PS2 internal clock, you create a player, give him training, get his attributes up, challenge street ballers and win stuff. Its great fun and there's different competitions and stuff depending on the time of the day. Big reccomendation for any basketball fan!

The sports titles are #1 reason I got an Xbox over the summer.

yes brother, it is.

The two games shouldn't even be compared to each other.
